Story
This gorgeous boy had a tough start to life—he and his littermates were abandoned by their mother at just 3 weeks old and found huddled under a shed. Since then, we’ve lovingly cared for them, provided training, and made sure they’re healthy, happy, and ready for forever families. Now, this amazing pup is looking for the loving home he truly deserves. He’s healthy, up to date on veterinary care, and won’t need any shots until next year. Vet records and receipts will be provided at adoption. Why you’ll love him: Resilient and loving—he’s overcome a rough beginning and blossomed into a wonderful boy. Healthy, vetted, and ready to join your family. Smart, trainable, and eager to please. Adoption requirements: Because of his breed and energy needs, we cannot adopt him into an apartment. A home with a yard where he can play and thrive is required. Rental homes must show written proof that bully breeds—are allowed. Home checks and landlord/mortgage verification will be completed.

This is Nyla, a beautiful female Boxer Mix (possibly Belgian Malinois). She’s a two year old rescued stray. Up to date on all shots. Microchipped. Spayed. She is indoor trained and loves the outdoors. She is a big puppy, needs training. Very smart. She is a runner so large area would be beneficial.

Story
Bentley is a loyal, intelligent dog who is eager to learn and easy to train. We rescued him a few years ago, and for much of that time, he was our only dog. Two years ago, he became a father to six puppies, and while we found loving homes for most of them, we kept two. At first, Bentley was fine with the puppies, but as they grew older, he became more protective—especially around his food and the house when they come inside. He seems anxious around them and would truly thrive as the only dog in a home where he can feel secure and relaxed. Bentley takes a little time to warm up to new people, but once he does, he’s an incredibly loyal companion. We welcome prospective adopters to visit him multiple times to ensure it’s a great match. A patient adopter who allows Bentley to build trust at his own pace, including with friends and family, will be rewarded with a devoted best friend for life.

Story
We adopted Jax three years ago, and he is a sweet, loving and affectionate dog, as well as loyal and protective. Very playful, silly and FAST, this boy loves to be outside, but is perhaps even more happy snuggling up inside. Our issue is his interactions with our other pets - he is aggressive, and we no longer feel safe having them all together. With larger animals, he knows his place, but ours are smaller, and he doesn't do as well with them. When we adopted him, he was being fostered on a horse farm, and that seemed the ideal situation for him - lots of time to roam about, and that "working dog" environment suited him well. We love Jax endlessly, and this is heartbreaking to write, but we feel it is our only option at this point.

Story
Ever want a dog you can flip into 'sport mode'? It's me! Pick me! I would love to do some doggie sports with you! In fact I thrive on them. I started out slow with fetch and learning how to walk nicely on the leash, but I'm ready to move on to bigger things. Maybe I'd enjoy dock diving or fast CAT. I have a high drive and want to please the humans I love, but I'm perfectly fine being crated. I would do best as an only dog or as a member of a crate and rotate pack. My adopter should have a fenced in yard that I can run in and have experience with sports dogs. I'm excellent when I get my energy out, but I can be destructive without exercise. About me: my name is Poe, I am about 2 years old now. I'm a neutered male with a factory tail. To apply to adopt go to lostangelsanimalrescue.org
