Story
Blue Heeler (Australian Cattle Dog) Looking for the Right Home – Hogansville, GA Meet Koda, a 2-year-old female Blue Heeler with a fantastic personality and all the traits that make this breed so special. Koda is incredibly friendly with people and gets along very well with other animals. She is loyal, intelligent, and eager to please. She knows basic commands and listens well, especially once she bonds with her person. Like any true Blue Heeler, Koda has a lot of energy and needs room to run. She would do best on a farm or in a home with plenty of land where she can stay active and have a job to do. She is not suited for apartment living or a small yard. About Koda: - 2 years old - Female (not spayed) - Approximately 35 lbs - Up to date on vaccinations - Great with people - Great with other animals - Knows basic commands - Rides well in a crate - Can be trusted off-leash once she forms a bond - Comes with a quality harness and leash

Story
Link — 5-Year-Old Shepherd Mix Looking for the Right Home Link is a 5-year-old neutered shepherd mix weighing about 40 pounds, located in Hogansville. He is a very affectionate dog whose favorite thing is being close to his people and getting lots of attention. He also makes an excellent watchdog and takes protecting his home seriously. Link knows basic commands such as sit, stay, come, and “get.” He has a moderate energy level and loves having space to run and play fetch. Good to know about Link: * Neutered * Moderate energy level * Good with other dogs with slow introductions * Grew up with cats, but his behavior with new cats is uncertain * Has lived with children, but would do best in a home without young kids * Not currently up to date on vaccinations * Occasionally marks in the house * Reactive toward delivery drivers and strangers approaching the home Link can become overstimulated and may nip if someone reaches toward him when he is overly excited or feels crowded.
