My husband and I adopted Gus when he was around 8 weeks old. He will be turning 1 on December 20th, 2026! He loves kids and loves to play with other dogs. He is on the hyper end and we have 3 dogs including him so he’s always playing! We are welcoming a new baby soon and we want Gus to receive the attention he deserves. He loves to be outside and run around, although he will definitely snuggle up in the bed quick! I’m not 100% sure what breed he is but he is definitely mixed. He is a very sweet boy, just hyper. He is up to date with all of his shots and he is neutered.

My husband and I are looking for a responsible, patient, dog-loving person to adopt a 2-year-old, 40-pound female Staffy mix named Sallie. We adopted her about a year ago because we believe the previous owner was not caring for her responsibly. She's extremely loving with people, but she has significant energy and behavioral needs, including fights with our other female dog due to recourse guarding that have caused puncture wounds, occasional house-training accidents, and difficulty with grooming and nail care. She is a reactive dog. Shes not violent. In fact, she’s a very good dog. I'm pregnant and our circumstances are changing, and we no longer have the resources to safely meet her needs, so we're trying to find her a responsible placement this week. We cannot afford a professional trainer to address these issues. If the rental home’s backyard were fenced in, we’d consider keeping her because we love her dearly. It’s just not what we can afford to do now.
