Story
Opie is a kind soul. He loves long walks and belly rubs. He is mild mannered and energetic. His favorite pastime is looking at cows and grazing like one. He also enjoys rolling in grass and playing fetch. Think Airbud but cuter. He enjoys a combination of wet and dry food. We think Opie is around 5yrs. Unfortunately a family member abandoned him at our family home and we have taken over his care. My parents are elderly and incapable of caring for him any longer. My partner and I are relocating out of state and can not bring him along. We are looking for an experienced pet owner to take Opie on. Ideally someone who has both the space and time to care for him.

Story
Jasmine is a rescue dog who was originally adopted by a family living with my sister. When that family moved away, they left Jasmine behind, and my sister lovingly continued to care for her.Sadly, my sister passed away three months ago, and as her next of kin, I took Jasmine into my home. I am 71 years old and live alone. Jasmine is a sweet, affectionate dog, but she would do best in a home with an active family, preferably with children, and someone who can provide consistent training and discipline.Jasmine is very playful and energetic, but she does not consistently respond to my commands and frequently jumps on me in excitement. Recently, she knocked me down, and I am concerned about the possibility of being injured if it happens again.Because of my age and living situation, I believe Jasmine would thrive in a home better suited to her energy level and training needs, where she can receive the attention, structure, and companionship she deserves!

Story
Sadie is very sweet and child friendly. My son bought her here from Jacksonville and left. She is three years old. I have severe arthritis and am not able to walk her or play with her like she deserves. Therefore I want her to have a home where she can enjoy her youth.

Story
We call her Betty or B. She is a 7 month old blue healer and a great companion for someone with more time and attention to give her. She's very sweet, gets along great with other dogs, cats and kids, and loves affection. A family member left her to me and I just don't have the time or disposable income or attention she deserves. I've been trying to get her more used to staying indoors and basic training, she was kept outside and mostly just followed the lead of the other dogs she was with before she came here.
