Story
Murphy is a lovely senior boy with a heart full of sweetness! During his time with staff he has been very social, friendly, and eager for attention—he especially enjoys climbing into a lap for some well-deserved pets and cuddles. Murphy is the kind of gentle companion who just wants to be close to his people and soak up all the love he can get.Murphy previously lived at the shelter about three years ago and reportedly did well with other dogs at that time. During his recent assessment he met a male dog and showed polite, friendly behaviors. When meeting a female dog who was not spayed, he became focused on attempting to mount her. Because every dog’s playstyle is different, Murphy would love to meet any future friends to ensure they start off on the right paw! With his affectionate personality and love for attention, Murphy is ready to spend his golden years as a devoted companion.

Story
Brooklyn is a happy, social girl who absolutely loves the company of other dogs! In her previous home, she adored her canine friends and was described as friendly, playful, and great at adapting to different play styles. When meeting another dog at the shelter, she showed polite, friendly body language and seemed excited to make a new friend. Brooklyn would love the opportunity to meet any potential canine companions to make sure their play styles are a perfect match.Brooklyn has also lived with young children (ages 2–4) and was described as friendly and playful, though her fun-loving energy could sometimes be a bit much for little ones. At the shelter, she’s been affectionate with staff, happily enjoying pets and sniffing around the room in search of tasty treats. She is very food motivated, which will make training both fun and rewarding for her future family.Brooklyn previously lived with cats, but she found them a little too fun to chase and play with, which could be overwhelming for feline friends. Because of this, she’s looking for a home without cats. With her playful spirit, love for other dogs, and affectionate personality, Brooklyn is ready to bring lots of joy, games, and tail wags to her forever home! Brooklyn also spent some time in a foster home for a couple weeks!! Her foster family confirmed her friendliness with dogs, apprehension with kitties, and high energy, friendly personality! They also said she had some initial nervousness with her crate, but would be just fine if let to get used to it!! She also loves bones, was getting the hang of playing fetch, and knows `sit` and `lay down!` She can be shy initially but is `so loving and sweet. All she wants to do is be loved and cared for. She really liked my puppy and loved rough housing with him. She likes sleeping in bed with you, up close to your body.`Stop by and meet Brooklyn today!

Story
Booth is a fun-loving, energetic pup who is ready to start his next chapter in a loving home. He came to us through our cruelty department alongside another dog and puppies, and while we don’t know much about his past, we do know he has a bright, playful spirit and so much love to give.Booth absolutely loves to run and play, especially when squeaky toys are involved! He has shown friendly and tolerant behavior when meeting another dog at the shelter, and his playful energy really shines through. Because he can be enthusiastic in his play style, we recommend a doogy meet and greet to make sure it’s a great match. He’s been friendly and affectionate with staff, enjoying pets and attention on his terms. Booth appreciates having his boundaries respected and will thrive in a home that understands when he needs a little space. He may do well with children who can recognize and respect those boundaries. If you’re looking for an active, playful companion who will keep you smiling and join you for all of life’s adventures, Booth might be your perfect match!
