Story
Einstein is a fantastic dog, he is absolutely great with kids of all ages. He is very loving, tolerant, and gentle. He does have a high hunting instinct so he doesn’t do well with cats, he's fine with other large dogs, has never been around small dogs. I want nothing more than to keep him but I am getting divorced and I cannot find a rental that will allow me to move in with him due to his breed.

Story
Luna is a 7 year old mini sheepadoodle. She is a cute and cuddly girl that likes her naps. We are looking for a caring home that doesn't currently have other dogs. Luna is a sweetheart but she is anxious in general and especially around other dogs, which is why we are rehoming her. We are hoping we can find someone or a couple looking for a lapdog companion.

Story
My name is Bamm. I’m a one year old Rottweiler I had my first birthday party on 12/06 🎂 and I’m told I’m equal parts handsome, smart, and sweet. I didn’t have the best start before I was adopted 🥺I spent a lot of time crated and didn’t really know how to just be a pup But when my mom brought me home last September, everything changed 🥹 She gave me patience, consistency, and so much love 💕 Because of her, I’ve learned how to trust. I’ve learned that toys can be shared, that hands reaching toward me aren’t scary, and that home is a safe place 🏠 I’m a very smart boy. I know sit, down, and shake, and I’m working on stay. I’m crate trained, fully house trained, and I’ll politely let you know when I need to go outside 🌳I walk nicely on a leash and really enjoy being out and about with my person. Early on, I was a little protective of my food and favorite toys especially my prized pink squeaky pig 🐷 (it’s basically my emotional support pig). But with positive training and trading games, I’ve made huge progress. I can happily swap toys, and I’ve learned that good things happen when I trust my people💕I just need continued structure and guidance from someone who understands big, intelligent breeds like me🧠 Here’s the hard part. My family loves me deeply and I love them right back. We share a very special bond. But due to a health diagnosis in our family, life is changing in ways that make it difficult for them to give me the active, full life I deserve 🥺 This decision is breaking their hearts. They are not giving up on me they are choosing what’s best for me.💕 They don’t want my world to become smaller. They don’t want me spending extra time crated or kenneled because schedules and energy levels are shifting. They want me to have adventure, stability, continued training, and a person who has the time and strength to invest in a young Rottweiler who is still growing into the amazing dog he’s meant to be! I am young, eager to learn, and incredibly loyal. I bond deeply with my person and thrive when I have clear leadership and love 🥰 If you’re experienced with strong, intelligent breeds and you’re looking for a devoted companion who will grow with you, protect your pink squeaky pigs with honor, and love you with his whole heart… I might just be your guy. Love, Bamm

Story
Meet Chopper and Snickers. Who is looking for a fool proof pair that get along with other dogs, kids, and easily adapt in any setting??! Look no further! Meet: Snickers, 9-10 years, 22 pounds. and Chopper 7-8 years, 18 pounds. This adorable bonded pair of west highland terriers "westies", are looking for a loving forever home together. They are neutered, vetted, and housebroken. Their personalities and energy level are like much younger dogs. They love to play, and Chopper loves to play fetch. All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.   March 2, 2026, 1:51 pm

Story
WE ARE A TX-BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application at haydudeequine.org 💙🌊 Meet Glacier — The Sweetest Sidekick on Four Paws 🌊💙 (1 year • 50 lbs • Male • Professional Belly-Up Specialist) Glacier has officially blossomed — and oh, what a glow-up it’s been. At 1 year old and around 50 pounds, this handsome boy has really come into his own. The shy youngster we once knew has grown into a confident, happy, tail-wagging social butterfly… as long as he has a dog buddy by his side. And that’s important: Glacier needs another friendly, confident dog in his forever home. He absolutely adores Cindy Lou and thrives when he has a canine role model and playmate. He’s not an alpha, not a bossy boots, not a “let me run the meeting” type. He’s more of a “you lead, I’ll happily follow and bring snacks” kind of guy. 🐾 Glacier’s Personality Highlights: • Super sweet and incredibly loving • Big fan of belly scratches (will roll over at impressive speeds) • Great with all other dogs • Loves the river — part dog, part happy little otter • Not a jumper (your countertops are safe) • Likely fine with cats — he’s never bothered the barn cats • Should do well with kids 4+ Glacier walks beautifully and naturally checks in with his person. He’s the kind of dog who wants to be near you — not in a clingy way, just in that soft, loyal, “you’re my safe place” way. And the river? Oh, the river is his happy place. Splashing, wading, exploring — he lives his best life with a little water and a lot of tail wagging. If you’ve ever wanted your own personal adventure buddy who also doubles as a cuddle puddle, congratulations. You’ve found him. He’s playful without being wild, affectionate without being overwhelming, and at the end of the day, he’s perfectly content to flop over dramatically for belly rubs like he’s auditioning for a soap opera titled As the Tail Wags. Glacier has spent too much of his young life waiting. But through it all, he has stayed gentle, joyful, and full of love. Now he just needs a forever home — one with another friendly dog, some outdoor adventures, and humans who appreciate a soft-hearted, water-loving goofball. If you’re ready for a loyal companion who will splash beside you, nap beside you, and roll over for belly rubs at the speed of light… 👉 Apply today at haydudeequine.org — Glacier is ready to melt right into your heart. 💙🐾
