Like most young pups, she’s still learning her manners and will do best with structure, consistency, and positive training. Lil Blu is an 8-year-old Patterdale Terrier mix. She currently weighs 30 lbs. but is in need of a summer slim down. Lil Blu is friendly and affectionate, but is somewhat sensitive to handling, and therefore shouldn’t be in a home with young kids. She is open to meeting other dogs and can be kitty-tested. As a middle-aged gal, Lil Blu isn’t particularly high-energy, but she would benefit from a home that prioritizes routine exercise (short walks or focused play time) and healthy portions to maintain a healthy weight. She has never been around cats, but with her energy, it may be best to have no cats so she doesnt stress them out.
