Story
Meet Amos! Adopting a senior can be rewarding. Giving a boy the chance to live out his golden years in a forever home being loved by his family. Amos was a stray in Philly and almost lost his life as he kept being overlooked in the shelter. He is overall a very good boy. Medically he is a typical older boy with some arthritic issues so he is kept on gabapentin and joint supplements. His only quirk is his need to be an only dog. He is estimated to be around 10 years old. He is set in his ways in regards to this so a home with no other animals is a must for him. He will happily hang out with you all day or snooze in his bed. He is a large man, around 75 lbs.  You must be over 21 to apply and Live within 2 hours of the Lehigh Valley, PA area within NJ or PA (NOEXCEPTIONS!) Story
Meet Pedey!!  Handsome 2 year old male pit bull terrier mix. Housebroken and crate trained. He is good with other large dogs with proper introductions. He is a a mix of lazy and active. In typical pit bull fashion, personal space must be shared with him! He would make a great hiking partner or running buddy. He would also like to share your bed to keep you warm at night. He has previously shared a home with a large breed male but a dog meet would be a must and a cat. He is roughly 55 -60 lbs with buns of steel! You. must be over 21 to apply and live within 2 hours of the Lehigh Valley, PA area within NJ or PA (NOEXCEPTIONS!) Visit our website to apply www.outcastrescue.comApril 23, 2024, 10:16 am

Story
Put one hand up if you love binge watching Netflix shows? Put another up if you like bing watching Netfilx shows…IN YOUR PAJAMAS. It’s ok, put them up, raise them high, we’re not judging. Put those two hands in the air plus wiggle your fingers if you would love to have Netflix pajama time with a soulmate? Ahhhh you’re in LUCK (you can put your hands down now). Pandora aka Panda Bear aka PajamaRockStar(what she likes to call herself on binge nights) is here to fill that void. Pandora’s stats: 1. She comes with her own PJ collection, loves dog beds, is not opposed to a comfy couch. Likes dogs, BUT, they have to jive with her. Again, she’s not one who kisses on the first date so a couple meet and greets may be needed.(Best if she can be your only dog) 2. Pandora has literally had a terrible go of it before she arrived at Outcast. If you’ve been following us “if you know, you know”. But if you don’t, we’ll fill you in (message us). But the past is the past and she’s all about moving forward. And speaking of moving forward, did you know Pandora is always down for a walk? So if you need to clear your mind with some exercise or beat your co-worker in a step contest, Pandora has your back. She can also help with keeping your throwing arm in shape, she’s always up for a good game of fetch. She’s about three years old so she still has some nice, fun energy. Because she is so special we are only seeking pajama (or yoga pant) wearing fun people with an active, easy going, loving, accepting personalities, with medium to large sized chill canine siblings for our girl. *** no cats for Pandora like a lot of terriers she will chase little things that run fast or fly through the air! She’s available through Outcast Rescue April 23, 2024, 10:16 am

Meet Dunn! Dunn is an approx 1 year old pocket pit bull. He is about 35 lbs. Dunn loves to cuddle, play and gets along well with other dogs. He is crate trained and housebroken too!. He is timid meeting new people and in a new environment but does warm up quickly. We are not suggesting a home with children at this time because of his shyness.  You must be over 21 to apply and live within 2 hours of the Lehigh Valley, PA area within NJ or PA (NO EXCEPTIONS!)
