Story
Zelda was a surrender to our family because her previous owners wouldn’t pay for a bladder stone procedure and were going to euthanize her. She has been such a fun dog to have in our home and is so incredibly loving and goofy. We had planned on keeping her however she and our senior female dog do not get along. Zelda has gotten along very well with our male bulldog and with our cat. She is great with children and would LOVE the playmates.

Story
ESPRESSO MARTINI ANYONE? Two adorable boys came to JoJo's from animal control about a month ago. They are 15-16 weeks old and we're told that one half of their make up is Border Collie and the other half is Poodle/Pomeranian. It's an odd mix, but one that sure made cute puppies At 15 weeks they weighed 21-24 bs, so we think they should be large-sized adult dogs. They were flea infested, but are feeling SO much better now that they are all cleaned up. They are both sweet, rambunctious pups and so ready to find their families. They have had their first two rounds of shots and rabies vaccines. They have had parasite treatment and are microchipped. If you think you may want to give Martini or Espresso (or both) a home, please email jojosdogrescue @gmail.com and we'll send you an application. Adoption fee is $250 for one or $400 if they are adopted together and includes up-to-date vaccinations, microchip, and parasite treatment. Thank you for choosing adoption! Please visit our Facebook page JoJo's DogHouse (non-profit) to learn more about us and see many of the dogs we have rescued and rehomed. We hope you'll join JoJo's family of adopters!

IDGSR Welcomes PIPER into the safety of the rescue!! THIS DOG IS FOSTERED IN TENNESSEE & AVAILABLE FOR TRANSPORT ************** Hiya Friends! My name is Piper and I'm an adorable 9-month old female Shepherd mix. I am located in Greeneville TN and will be available for transport. Quick Facts Age: 9-months old Kids: will do fine with kids (8+) Dogs: good with other large dogs Cats: no cats Training: needs full obedience training Extra Video: https://youtube.com/shorts/UOqw64Muwic?feature=share 1. I was previously adopted through another rescue but those people decided I had too much puppy energy and the best way to contain me was to lock me in a kennel for 23-hours a day. Thank goodness they returned me & now I'm looking for an appropriate & loving home! 2. I'm just a puppy, 9-months old! So I have lots of playful puppy energy. I love running in the yard, playing with other doggos, and playing with toys. 3. I'm working on house & crate training, that's going really well! Please be patient with me since I'm a work in progress. 4. I want to get a PHD in obedience training! Will you paw-promise to train me? I want to learn sit, stay, come, down, place, leash manners, and anything else you can teach me. I'm super smart & learn super quick! 5. With spring coming up, I want to get outside and go on some walks, runs, or hikes! I can also help you in the yard, give you support with your health goals, and help be your sous chef in the kitchen. 6. If you are looking for a medium size, beautiful, friendly, fun-loving, happy-go-lucky new bestie - I'm your girl! **SERIOUS APPLICANTS ONLY! IDGSR Welcomes NOVA into the safety of the rescue!! THIS DOG IS FOSTERED IN TENNESSEE & AVAILABLE FOR TRANSPORT ************** Hiya Friends! My name is Nova and I'm a sweet 4-6yr old female Shepherd/Malinois mix gal. I am located near Nashville TN and will be available for transport. Quick Facts: Age - 4-6yrs old Kids - will do fine with older kids (10+) Dogs - good with large male dogs Cats - NO cats Training - needs standard obedience training 1. My story is pretty sad. I was chained to a tree with no interaction, used for breeding. I had my last litter of puppies (all have been adopted) and now it's my turn! 2. My foster mom estimates my age to be about 4-6yrs old. We aren't quite sure but because of my hard upbringing, I have a little more gray on my face. 3. I enjoy taking walks, exploring in the backyard, playing with other large breed dogs, and resting with my foster mom. 4. I would love to find a person/family who will take me on walks, tell me I'm the bestest girl in the world, and show me what a loving family really is. 5. I could benefit from obedience training. I'm a cross between two very intelligent breeds so I'll catch on super quick. Also, training will help us bond! 6. If you are looking for a resilient, loving, friendly, sweet, and loyal new companion - I'm your girl! **SERIOUS APPLICANTS ONLY!
