Meet Albie! We are told he is a goldendoodle, but he definitely looks more golden than poodle! He is a friendly boy who loves people and dogs. He is still learning the ropes of how to be a dog so leash training, potty training and kennel training are still a work in progress!

Hello! I'm Amil. As you can see, I'm a tall drink of water with charm to boot. My beautiful eyes along with my pouty look will get me everywhere... I've been told. I'm learning a lot as a foster pup and I love this new life of comfort. Foster pup camp is teaching me to walk on a leash, nap on a dog bed, chew on bones and snarf down treats. I am mastering all of these tricks. If you are looking for a walking buddy and you like to walk for exercise, I'm your guy. If you love to hike a lot, I can do that too with my long legs. Lounging on the sofa or zonked out on the floor work for me too. I am up for anything. Here's the skinny... I am a work in progress. My foster parents think I am the bravest boy ever. Named after the legendary Mary Poppins who was 'practically perfect'. She was sweet and nurturing who had a flair for the magical side. It was said that she could talk to animals. Hehehe, I can do that too! It was also said that she could transport herself to different places and fly. She would deny being able to do that and I'm gonna have to plead the same! I'm a youngster at around 7months which means I'm just an overgrown puppy at heart. I'm super active and will need daily exercise and playtime. I have that lovin life mentality that will find the good time in anything I'm doing. My sheer joy at living will always keep a smile on your face. I'm house trained, crate trained and do great with people both tall and small. I'm dog friendly, having a grand ole time romping around the yard and playing with toys, so a home with siblings of the 2 or 4legged variety would just be the bomb (even better then milkbones)! At my current age I shouldn't get a whole lot bigger and will be the perfect medium size to take on walks to the local coffee shop (a puppaccino would be great, please), go on nature hikes (oh my, can't resist all those heavenly scents), camping trips (I don't mind sleeping on the ground if you don't), river excursions (best way ever to stay cool on those hot days), And not to forget, I'm the perfect size for those cuddle times, one of my most favoritest times! I'm also at that perfect age for learning, well...everything. I'm a smart lil cookie, and I know cuz my foster mom tells me I am, so learning new things should be pretty easy peasy!! The Chanel brand was founded way back in 1910. It is not only famous for its fragrances but also for it's luxury wear and accessories. I am all about the fashion and with my beauty I'm ready to be up on the catwalk or should that be the dogwalk?!! My stunning eyes are two different colors. It is a native Indian saying that something with 2 eye colors possesses sight into both heaven and earth. Is that not cool or what?!! I'm still a youngster at around a year and a half. I'm a super sweet lovebug that is calm, mellow and easy going. It's all just another happy day as I take everything in stride, my easy going attitude shining thru. I love everyone, tall or small and also the other foster pups here. I would do great in a home with siblings of either/both varieties. Nothing like having a sibling at your disposal to play with all day everyday!!! At my 70ish lbs I'm a bigger gal but that just means they is more of me to love you, but I'm not so big that I take up the whole couch. I will always save room for you. How else will I get in my cherished cuddle time?!!!! It does put me at a great size for adventures tho. Walks to the coffee shop (oh my, a puppaccino please), neighborhood strolls, nature hikes (so many irresistible smells), camping trips (I sure don't mind sleeping on the ground if you don't), river excursions and whatever else you can think up. My mixed breed hairytage coat is on the short side and will be pretty low maintenance in the grooming department. It won't take much to keep me ready to do the 'dogwalk'. And I am house and crate trained so that's a great bonus combination for my new family! Affectionate and playful, calm and loyal then add in my gorgeous coat and stunning eyes and you've got a great family addition. The only thing missing is YOU!!

I’m typically quiet; I don’t like loud noises; I’m a bit cautious in the car; and I’m timid in public but foster mom and I are working on getting me out more. I know what “sit” means and I’m potty, crate, & leash trained although I do admit that I like to pull on the leash. Hee, hee!! Get your toy box ready! **Obedience classes are required when adopting this puppy from Underdog Rescue. Many of our puppies have a mama who was not properly socialized before coming to Underdog Rescue. Since coming to Underdog, this puppy has been in a socialized and loving home, but that needs to be continued with its Adopters.  Training classes teach puppies the ins and outs of being a pet while creating a bond with their new Adopter.  Obedience classes are key to creating a relationship with your puppy while having it be a happy and successful member of society. Proof of Obedience Class registration is required for this puppy before adoptions can be finalized.  If you would like some suggestions, we would be happy to send some trainers who have experience with Underdog Rescue, but a Basic Obedience class in your area should work! **Grooming – this dog's coat may have been neglected before arriving at Underdog and it can sometimes take months to get their coat healthy as poodles and poodle mixes require daily brushing.  Grooming appointments occur every 3 months and cost on average of $150 per appointment. Adopters should be prepared for such expenses. Underdog Rescue cannot guarantee the non-shedding or hypoallergenic qualities of this dog.
