Story
Hi there! My name is Alice, and I'm currently accepting applications for my forever human.Let me tell you a little about myself. I'm what experts would call a "crowd favorite." Wherever I go, people seem to stop and say things like, "She's so adorable!" and "Can I pet her?" Honestly, it's a lot of pressure being this cute, but I handle it with grace.WARNING: Side Effects of Adopting Me May Include Excessive Smiling, Increased Outdoor Adventures, and a House Full of Love.I'm soft, so if you enjoy fluffy snuggles, congratulations, you've found your soulmate. My hobbies include:-Following my people around because you're my favorite thing in the world.-Going on walks and exploring the great outdoors.-Politely accepting compliments from strangers.-Eating snacks. Thinking about snacks. Dreaming about snacks.-Perfecting my "sit" and "come" commands while showing off how smart I am.-Investigating these mysterious objects called "toys." I haven't quite figured out their purpose yet, but I'm committed to the research.I'm potty trained, gentle, loving, and social. I get along well with cats and am believed to do well with other dogs, too. Basically, I'm the kind of girl who just wants everyone to be friends. If you're looking for a loyal companion who will happily join you on adventures, cuddle up beside you afterward, and make every day a little brighter, I may be exactly who you're looking for.All that's missing from my happy ending is you.So, what do you think? Should we start our forever together? I promise to bring the fluff, the love, and the occasional reminder that dinner is approximately three minutes late. With wagging tail anticipation,Your Future Best Friend ❤️***FOSTER TO ADOPT*** Alice is in our Foster to Adopt Program because she is not yet spayed. Her spay will be coming up soon. If you are interested in adopting Alice, please fill out an Adoption Application. Story
Hi there! I'm Annie! 🐾My journey started on the side of a road in Alabama with my brother Andy. It wasn't the easiest beginning, but I like to think every great story needs a little adventure—and now I'm living my happily-ever-after in Minnesota!I've only been with my foster family for one night, but I've already discovered how wonderful it feels to be part of a loving home. There are four resident dogs here of all ages and sizes. I was a little unsure at first, but now I'm fitting right in and becoming one of the pack.I'm a playful girl who loves toys, bones, and keeping tabs on my people. I follow my foster mom and dad around to make sure everything is running smoothly. You could say I'm training for a very important role: **Chief Household Assistant.** My only requirement? Payment in snuggles and belly rubs.I'm still learning the ropes when it comes to potty training, but my foster family says I'm smart and eager to learn. They're helping me practice outdoor potty breaks, and I'm already making progress. I'm also doing well in my crate. I might voice a small opinion when I first go in, but then I settle down nicely for naps and overnight sleep. As for what breed I am, that's anybody's guess! What I do know is that I'm soft, sweet, affectionate, and sporting the cutest little smile and perky ears you've ever seen. My foster family says it's pretty hard not to fall in love with me.If you're looking for a playful sidekick, loyal companion, and professional snuggle expert, I just might be your girl.Love,Annie 🐶❤️--------------------------------------------All our Warrior Dogs will have all age appropriate medical care and vaccines, a microchip, and spayed/neutered if the dog is over 6 months of age at the time of adoption. Story
Hi everyone! I'm Andy! 🐾My story started on the side of a road in Alabama with my sister Annie, but those days are behind me now. I've made my way to Minnesota, and I'm discovering just how wonderful life can be when you're surrounded by people who care about you.I'm a happy-go-lucky puppy who has been settling in nicely with the resident dogs in my foster home. While I'm still getting used to everything, I seem very interested in the other dogs and enjoy following them around to see what they're up to. Whether they're big or small, young or old, I'm curious about making new canine friends and gaining confidence every day. My foster family says I'm a sweet, social little guy who enjoys being part of the group. When I'm not busy playing, I'm exploring my world on my adorable little legs. They're a bit shorter than you might expect, which only makes me extra cute when I zoom around the house and yard. I may not have the longest legs, but I make up for it with enthusiasm, determination, and charm.Like any puppy, I'm still learning important things like potty training and household manners. Fortunately, I'm smart, curious, and eager to learn. I'm also getting comfortable with my crate, which is becoming one of my favorite places to recharge after a busy day of playing. No one is quite sure what breed I am, but my foster family agrees on one thing: I'm incredibly lovable. Between my sweet personality, playful spirit, adorable short legs, and endless puppy enthusiasm, I have a way of making people smile wherever I go.If you're looking for a cheerful companion, a dedicated playmate, and a puppy who will fill your home with laughter and love, I might be the perfect match.--------------------------------------------All our Warrior Dogs will have all age appropriate medical care and vaccines, a microchip, and spayed/neutered if the dog is over 6 months of age at the time of adoption. Story
6 years old. Can no longer take care of him. All care up to date at VCA Bloomington. 2 behavior issues: 1. He goes hyper when first meeting anyone, calms down and well behaved after about 1/2 hr. 2. He has bad anxiety getting his nails trimmed - I have used a dog hammock to get his feet off the ground with another person distracting him with peanut butter. He knows basic commands and is a good dog. An ex abandoned him 3 years ago. I've done the best I could but he needs more. He's alone all day, needs a family or home with another dog. He gets along great with my extended families' dogs and my friends dogs.

Story
Hi, my name is Sheila. I am from Alabama. Sheila is a happy active puppy. When she first came to MN she was very shy, skittish, and scared. It took her some time to warm up to us, is still wary of quick movements, and is starting to approach us with more confidence. She has learned the joy of toys and playing with my dog, Jasper. Sheila does well with cats; she mostly ignores them but is curious and tries to sniff them when she can but respects their space. Sheila freezes on -leash. Up to now she's only had it attached to a collar; she may do better with a harness so we're going to try that this week. She's "mostly" house-trained, I mean she is a puppy so that is an on-going effort. A fenced yard may be helpful since her leash training has only just begun. Lastly, Sheila is teething, chew toys are everywhere!
