I have been looking for the right family for awhile now ;( But since I am with the rescue...IT IS GOING TO HAPPEN FOR ME :) See why they named me Faith??? OK, more about me... I am an energetic girl, REALLY energetic!!! I love being outside, running and playing an soaking up all the love I can get!. I’m still learning commands, however I’ll learn for some treats. I love playing with toys, but I’m still learning how to bring them back, I mean, you DID GIVE IT TO ME, RIGHT??? I enjoy getting brushed and giving kisses. I like other dogs and I’m always looking for friends to play with. I’m pretty awesome, because I am crate trained, house broken and enjoy kids. I forget that I am a bit energetic and like to jump when meeting new people- my foster mom is working on my manners, but hey- who doesn't love the enthusiasm from someone who loves you so much?? I’d prefer to have a yard, but as long as you take me to the dog park, I can live in an apartment. Hoping to find my forever home real soon!!! Meet Truffles! Truffles is an adorable & exuberant puppy with huge stick up bat signal ears. When not receiving transmissions, her giant receivers crisscross atop her head. She loves long walks on her leash, zooming, playing with balls & stuffies, tug-of-war and of course, cuddling. She has a genetic condition that requires a bit of extra time & special steps at meals. She has a custom chair that allows her to eat in an upright position. Truffles eagerly gets into her chair as she is quite food motivated. She is intelligent, active, affectionate, and eager to please. She is ideal for an active family or individual. Welcome Puma to CCPAL Rescue. Puma is a 5-month old Golden/Great Pyrenees. He is the biggest of the white litter. He weighs about 28 pounds now. He is very sweet and laid back. He is good with other dogs and all people including strangers. We think he will be 60 pounds full grown. He has big webbed feet and likes water. He is good in his bath and ok getting nails clipped. He is decent on a leash even though he hasn’t had much practice with it. He is a very affection pup. He isn’t too clingy so he would be fine as an only or with another dog. He would be fine with you going to work as well. He has some energy but a nice more laid back puppy. He would be great in any social setting with people he doesn’t know. He is a great pup and he stays in his play yard. Some of the other pups would climb out. He is good about staying in his play yard. The kennel staff love this boy. He is white with a golden tint. He doesn’t have the extra toes on the back. He is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally in Texas or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get him to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. His adoption fee is $400 and transport is 200. . At a dignified 8 years old, this gentle Golden Retriever is living his best retirement life—one leisurely walk and sun-drenched nap at a time. He’s calm, incredibly sweet, and a professional lounger who has truly mastered the art of chilling out, whether it's sprawled on his bed or soaking up the outdoors (snow or sunshine, he’s not picky). Don’t let his mellow vibe fool you—Jeeter lights up for his daily walks and will happily waddle to the door the second he senses a leash might be involved. He’s got a max of about 1.5 miles in those sturdy paws, and it’s one of his absolute favorite parts of the day. His low-bark policy (as in, he basically never does it) makes him a dream housemate, and he’s friendly with just about everyone—dogs, cats, humans, you name it. He’ll even make a charming appearance at the dog park, where he mingles with the crowd like the gentle old soul he is. Health-wise, Jeeter is on the comeback trail. He’s currently being treated for an ear infection, needs continued support for weight loss with a prescription diet, and benefits from daily joint supplements. A forever family committed to keeping up with his health and mobility needs—including helping him in and out of the car and avoiding too many stairs—will help him thrive. He can handle about 4-5 steps but prefers a ranch-style vibe whenever possible. Jeeter doesn’t need a crate (he’s the perfect gentleman left out and about), but he does need a comfy place to crash and a human or two who are ready to shower him with love and daily strolls. He’s looking for a soft landing, a few snacks from his beloved “snoop” toy, and a buddy to hang out with—because Jeeter really shines with doggy companionship. If you’ve got room in your heart and home for the sweetest, slowest-moving best friend around, Jeeter is ready to waddle his way into your life and never leave. Please note that some of our dogs are obtained from shelters, surrendered to our care, or released from breeders. Each animal's bio is based on our experience of the animal within our care, an educated guess based on physical characteristics, temperament and information shared. Each dog receives basic grooming when coming into rescue, but for some dogs they have not received grooming attention until recently and grooming may be required shortly after adoption. Some of the animals come from situations where they are lacking experience in a home and confidence in humans.
