Story
Trip had to have his leg amputated as it healed improperly after it was broken while he was a growing puppy. However, he is one of the happiest, silliest boys you could hope to meet. He lives with many other dogs and is a favorite playmate for most of them. He loves all his canine buddies and is also fine around cats. Trip loves all humans he meets and would be a great addition to any home looking for a playful, outgoing dog. He is crate-trained primarily and will ask to go outside; however, he has not been able to stay up for longer than overnight without a potty break. He does not get many chances to go for car rides, but enjoys it when he can. Trip is fully vetted - current with all vaccines, on heartworm and flea/tick prevention, neutered and microchipped.

Story
Lenny is half Pit Bull and half Great Pyrenees. I adopted her when she was 8 weeks old. She was born 4-15-2023. Lenny is the sweetest girl, but I am unable to give her the time and attention she deserves and needs. I have another baby on the way. I want to find a good, loving home for her.

Story
Hi! I'm Miss Moon! I will be 6 years old in May, and I'm only 75lbs. I know my manners very well, except I tend to like to bark at anything nearby. No one understands that I'm trying to protect them! I LOVE to play tug-a-war with my big twist ropes! I really enjoy laying around inside near my people if it's too hot, but I love rolling in fresh cut grass too...my owner says it turns me green! I'm very loyal and protective of my people, my owner says that I'm true to my breed for personality. I do enjoy car rides, specially if I get front seat! We had to move to the city and I really don't like it, it's been very scary and now I have something called Anxiety...I hope I can find an owner that understands what that is better than me. I am house trained, crate trained, know basic commands, I'm pretty good on a leash but I don't like when others come too close. Honestly I want to find a place I can roam free again! My owner is willing to travel to my new home!

Story
Merlin, like his name, is a wizard when it comes to getting out of normal fences. He is used to living on a big plot of land with very high fences. He is very sweet and is a fantastic guard dog, monitoring the land for any visitors. He has been with his bonded pair, a Morgana his whole life (about 5 years) and they love to play together. The ideal home would have no other dogs, a secure fence with room to roam and room for his bonded pair Morgana as well. I’d really want them to stay together.

Story
No, you’re not looking at a polar bear, you’re looking at Gracie girl! After being such a wonderful mother to her 2 adorable puppies, she’s ready to be your favorite love bug! This low energy girl would be perfect for a family that enjoys the laid back, relaxing lifestyle. After a short walk, she’ll show you her appreciation by nuzzling her head in your lap and giving you puppy dog eyes. The only thing Gracie loves more than naps is her people. Loyal to her core, she would be an easy addition to your family *3 years old, 72 pounds *low energy and loves naps *great with kids *independent girl and would thrive in a home as the star of the doggy show, or another independent, low energy dog. She loves small dogs because they remind her of her puppies! *walks great on a leash with no pulling *sassy queen with the most adorable lip smacks and post meal burps Gracie is ready to be your loyal companion and new best friend Gracie is spayed, microchipped, and fully vaccinated. When Mazie’s Mission rescued her little family from the shelter she was suffering from entropion which is a painful eyelid condition where the lids turn inward, which feels like sandpaper on the eyes! She has had successful surgery on her eyes to treat it and may need occasional eye drops. Another part of Gracie’s rescue story is that she sometimes limps. Our vets looked into this further by x raying her, and found about a dozen bb pellets lodged in her leg. There is no treatment for this except pain medication (which works great for her) when it is sporadically bothersome to her. She has had some really hard times in her life, but despite all that, she is so sweet and gentle. Gracie is a special girl looking for the very best home! If you want more information on her reach out to us by filling this out and we will contact you right away! Www.Maziesmission.Org/adopt
