Story
Looking for a loyal, loving, and slightly dramatic new best friend? Meet Mounds, a sweet and sassy Husky with a heart of gold and a love for soft couches (and even softer stuffy toys). This gorgeous girl is a total people pup — she adores human attention and is especially gentle and affectionate with kids. Mounds is a bit of a diva when it comes to other animals and prefers to be the one and only furry queen of her castle. But don’t worry — she’s got more than enough love, personality, and fluff to fill your whole home! While she enjoys a nice walk to stretch those legs and sniff the neighborhood, Mounds is truly a couch potato at heart. Her favorite activities include lounging, snuggling, and having long, expressive “conversations” once she knows and trusts you. (Did we mention she’s a Husky? She’s got stories to tell!) If you're looking for a loyal sidekick with a love for lazy days, squeaky toys, and heart-to-heart chats, Mounds might just be your perfect match.

Meet Smokey, a playful, affectionate pup with a zest for life and a heart full of love! Still young and bursting with energy, Smokey is always up for a stroll on the trail or a fun romp in the play yard with his favorite toys. He’s all about the wiggles, tail wags, and showing off his happy personality to anyone willing to give him a little attention. Smokey is the perfect mix of sweet and spirited. He loves people, thrives on affection, and is happiest when he’s getting pets or spending time with someone who loves him back. He’s searching for a forever home that can keep up with his playful side and shower him with the love and care he deserves. If you're looking for a loyal companion who’s equal parts fun and cuddly, Smokey is your guy!

Story
Meet Maui! Maui might look like your typical husky, but this sweet boy is anything but ordinary. Unlike the usual aloof husky reputation, Maui is all about the love, he adores being around people, giving out affection, and soaking up all the pets and snuggles he can get. Maui has impressed us with his excellent leash manners and calm presence on walks, making him a joy to take out and about. And did we mention he’s a total treat lover? That eager-to-please attitude combined with his love for snacks means he’s a great candidate for training. If you're looking for a gentle, people-loving companion with husky charm and golden retriever vibes, Maui is your guy!

Fen just wants to have fun! This hunky husky lost his home when his parents had human triplets. He can be skittish around new people and is working hard to conquer that fair by going to summer festivals with his foster family. He is enjoying the weather by going for walks and running around the fenced-in backyard with the other dog in his foster home. Fen likes to sleep in the bed with his humans or on the couch. He is kid-tested and parent approved. Fen is a beautiful, loving boy who will make a great companion._________________________________________________________________________Adoption Donation for Fen is $ 525.00WANT TO MEET FenThe first step would be for you to go to our website at www.aear.org and then to the “Adopting a Pet” page to read about our Adoption Process which will answer many of your questions and then to fill out an Adoption Application. Also, please visit our very active Facebook Page for updates on Fen and our other adoptable pets with AEAR - www.facebook.com/aear.orgAll our animals available for adoption are living in foster homes.
