2/1/23 Max is a 3 yr. old, male Husky - Pomeranian mix, aka a Pomsky. Max weighs 32 lbs. Max carries a lot of husky traits, one of which, he is an escape artist! Max is energetic, active, strong, and playful. He loves toys and going for walks. He can be dog reactive, particularly large breed dogs and very small dogs; we have been working on this, he is getting better. Max thinks cats are for chasing, again, not uncommon for a husky! Max would be OK for a family dog, but only older kids, teens and up, no children under 10 years old. Max is fine in the car as long as he is restrained by doggie seatbelt, or crate, otherwise he is jumping from seat to seat! Max would love to have a securely fenced yard, with a fence 5 feet or taller, to run and round and play, but a fenced yard is not a requirement. Max has the energy of a puppy, so be ready to take multiple walks, runs each day. A well exercised dog is a good dog! We are fostering this pup for a friend who had to give her up due to landlord’s restrictions. Due to our allergies and new work schedule, we need to re-home her sooner than anticipated. Frankie is very sweet, loves flopping on the ground for belly rubs, and loves to greet people when they come home from work. She is house trained, follows basic commands very well, and loves just hanging around her people. She is approximately 11 years old, but you’d never guess it!

Hello! My name is Peach and I'm 16 weeks old. Have you seen my beautiful blue eyes? If so, then you can see I am a Siberian Husky. I was brought to a kill shelter with my sister. My sister and I look alike but I'm a little bit bigger and I am more energetic. While my sister likes to sit and play with toys, I do too, I like to run around and jump. Maybe I have agility training in my future? In the time I've been with my foster friends I've learned so much. I've learned when it's mealtime I go in my crate, and I get so excited for my yummy food. I don't make a mess in my crate and when it's time to be let I know we go to the back door the yard. Oh boy, let me tell you about that yard. I get to run around and play chase with the other dogs. We have so many toys to play with and when it's time for us to chill I sit under a big tree with my friends, and I chew on a toy. I love toys. I always have a toy in my mouth or not too far for me to play with. The squeakier the better. So far, I haven't chewed but you know, I am a puppy and there will be days I will chew things I'm not supposed to. I'm on the quiet side for being a Siberian Husky but I do communicate with you when I want out of my crate or need your attention. I'm also very curious with the cats that live in my foster home. They are dog savvy cats so they don't mind me pestering them. So maybe my forever home, if you have kitties I'll be ok with them if you teach me how to play nice. Speaking of playing nice; I'm good playing with other dogs but sometimes I get a little bossy with my toys and will snatch a toy out of another dogs mouth. I think I need to learn how to share more. Maybe in my original home I didn't learn how to share or was corrected but my foster Mom says that when I get my new family they are going to teach me all the things puppies need to learn. Maybe I can go to puppy training. I'm a smart cookie and I bet I'll be the Teacher's pet. That's funny huh? Dog being the Teachers pet .... hee hee. I hope one day I will have a family that is going to love me forever and ever. Love for a puppy like me is to continue to teach me all the things' puppies need to learn. I hope one day I can go for walks. Maybe I will be a good hiking dog? I like car rides and of course, I love my toys. Hopefully you are ready to meet the puppy girl with blue eyes.
