He is fantastic with kids and forms strong bonds with his people. Tater enjoys daily walks and does well on a leash. He’s potty trained, kennel trained, and has full run of his foster home because he’s respectful and non-destructive. He’s an easy dog to live with and loves a calm routine where he can relax and spend time with his humans. Tater would do best as the only pet, as he can be selective with other dogs. Emmi joined Rescue Row in November 2020 after a breeder decided they no longer had a use for her. Just two months later, she was adopted and began life with her family. Sadly, Emmi was returned to Rescue Row three weeks ago after the circumstances within her previous home changed, and her family was no longer able to care for her. Over the past three weeks, we have been getting to know Emmi again, and her foster mom reports that she is a wonderful girl! She is calm, quiet, affectionate, house trained, and incredibly well-mannered. She walks beautifully on a leash, rides well in the car, loves her toys and treats, and is happiest snuggled up next to her people. Emmi would be great as an only dog. She was dog friendly when initially with RR six years ago, but she has not been around other dogs since then and is currently in a foster home as an only dog. We are unsure of how she is with other dogs at this time, but she would likely do well with another calm and easygoing canine friend. Now 11 years old, Emmi is looking for a quiet home without children where she can enjoy her golden years. She also enjoys playing with other dogs and would likely do best with a medium to large playful canine companion.
