Story
Meet Jay – Big Personality, Bigger Heart  Meet Jay, a bundle of joy who might be part pug, part Aussie—and 100% personality! This energetic boy loves his toys and takes his job of protecting the yard from bunnies, squirrels, birds, and even leaves very seriously. Jay is a zoomie pro and would love a home with another playful dog (no cats, please). He’s kennel trained but wouldn't be opposed to sleeping with his people—snoring included—and walks fairly well on a leash, though he pulls with excitement. He’s great with dog-savvy kids but would do best in a home with older children since he can get a little zoomy. Jay is a sweet, loving boy who’s learning his manners and will make a wonderful companion for an active family. ##2353867##

Story
Hi! I’m Beignet, but my friends call me Benny. 🐾 I’m around 3 years old, about 25â€Â㦊 pounds, and basically the perfect mix of playful, sweet, and easygoing. I had a rough start after being hit by a car around Christmas 2025, but thanks to lots of care, rest, and love, I’ve made a full recovery and am back to doing all the normal dog things I love most. Running? Yep. Playing? Absolutely. Jumping around and having fun? You bet. These days, I’m living my best life and soaking up every adventure I can. I LOVE walks, enjoy playing with toys, and fit in seamlessly with other dogs. I’m a friendly, social guy who greets new people with a sweet and gentle demeanor, and my foster says I’ve been an easy houseguest with zero accidents in the home. I’m also a pretty silly little dude. Sometimes I get so excited I accidentally grab a sock or shoe while looking for a toy, but I promise I mean well. I just love being involved in whatever my people are doing. After everything I’ve been through, I’m more than ready for a forever family to call my own. If you’re looking for a loyal, loving companion with just the right amount of goofy charm, I’d love to meet you. ❤ï¸Â One important note: I would do best in a cat-free home. I’ve met a cat before and decided they’re just not really my thing. All Dallas Pets Alive adoptable pets are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines upon adoption. The standard minimum donation for dogs over six months to seven years is $200, puppies under six months is $250, dogs eight years and over are $100 unless specified otherwise. Story
Carina Dee is a sweet, happy, Pugalicious little girl with a big love for life. She adores toys, chew bones and exploring her yard, and - most of all - snuggling with her humans. A true cuddlebug, she is happiest curled up in your lap, showering you with kisses. Carina Dee is crate trained and will happily go to her crate when called, sleeping quietly through the night close to her foster mom. She is very proud of her outdoor potty progress, though her house training is still a work in progress. Affectionately known as "Sweet Dee", she will thrive as an only pup where she can soak up all the love, but she may also do well with another dog her size and similar age. If you are looking for a cuddly, fun, and devoted companion, Sweet Dee is your girl! Please submit your application, and an adoption counselor will contact you.

Story
My name is Ozzie, and I am 1.5 years old. 16 lb Pug. Before I cam to Humane Tomorrow, I was living with 5 other Pugs, all relatives of some kind, together in a house. We never went outside of the house, and I know now what a mess and how unhealthy that was. Now I am in a foster home, with other dogs, but we go outside into a yard, and my foster family has been teaching me what doggies are supposed to do. I’ve learned a lot in the last few weeks, but still have more to learn. I’m a little mouthy – using my mouth and teeth sometimes (just to play), but still probably not a good fit with young kids. I’ve discovered that I especially like to play tug with my people, but sometimes I get a little overstimulated when I play. So, just let me win and call the game! I get along well with the other dogs in the household most of the time, and have discovered I like to chew on nylabones. I like to sit with my people, cuddling with them and sometimes I like to get up high on the top of chairs so I get a view of everything around me. I am still getting used to this thing around my neck (collar) and walking on a leash, but I like it in my foster home with all the attention I’m getting. I am crate trained, but any new home will need to continue my house training. I’ve been wearing a belly band while I figure things out. If you are interested in me, please complete an application and one of the adoption counselors will contact you.

Story
Meet Nim – The Cutest Pug on the Planet! Nim is a one-of-a-kind little boy who will absolutely melt your heart. He’s a tiny pug, weighing just 10 pounds, with the sweetest short little legs and a rare genetic anomaly that gave him long, fluffy fur—making him extra special and extra adorable. Quiet and calm by nature, Nim is the perfect snuggle buddy, but don’t let that fool you—he still gets bursts of playful energy where he scoots and hops around in pure joy when he sees you. He’s great with dogs of all sizes, cats, and absolutely adores children. Nim has been with us since he was just 8 weeks old, and now that he is 2, he’s still patiently waiting for his forever family. Sadly, many people searching for pugs want the typical loud snorts and snores—but Nim is different. He’s a soft-spoken, gentle soul, and truly the most precious pug you’ll ever meet. This little boy deserves a loving family who will celebrate his uniqueness… maybe even give him his very own Instagram page to show off his cuteness to the world! Story
Hi, I’m Petey. I’m a 10‑year‑old Boston boy weighing 35 pounds, with a big heart and an even bigger love for being close to my person. I’m what they call a certified love bug—I follow my foster around the house because being near my human makes me feel safe and happy. Snuggles are my specialty. I’m a quiet guy and never bark. I don’t play much with the other dogs, but I’m starting to get curious about toys… I’m still figuring out what all the fuss is about. I’m a perfect gentleman, still learning the ropes, and I try my very best every day. I’m trained on the potty pad, and I’m great on a leash. I enjoy going on walks and I’m amazing on them—steady, calm, and happy to trot right beside you. I’m good with kids, cats, and dogs, and I’d be a wonderful companion for a senior or anyone who wants a gentle, low‑energy buddy. I love peanut butter and bacon‑flavored treats, cozy naps, and being close enough to feel your warmth. What I’d really love is a home where life is a mix of chill and a little bit of adventure… and where someone wants snuggles all day long. If you’re looking for a sweet, quiet, loyal friend who will adore you with his whole heart, I’m your guy. My adoption fee is $100, but if you are a senior yourself (65+) my adoption fee is waived.   We are always looking for good foster homes.
