He was found darting through traffic, terrified and confused, when a good Samaritan stopped just in time and scooped him up. He was only 10 pounds then — skin and bones, just a baby — and no one even knew his age. Now he’s safe in a foster home, finally getting the care, food, and comfort he’s been missing. He’s still very much a puppy, full of sweetness and curiosity, and he’s learning what it means to be loved.
