This sweet lady is Opal and she's such a great little girl! She's 12 years old and weighs 17 pounds. Her family could no longer keep her so we're looking for a loving home for her. She's living with a great Foster family on Long Island now and they share that despite her age, she looks and acts much younger. Her Foster Mom calls her "The Husky" because she loves to play and run in the snow. She likes other dogs and loves to snuggle in your lap and watch TV. She loves everyone and wags her tail constantly. She's housebroken but will use wee-wee pads if you leave them out too. We've taken to her a Vet for her check up and all is good and she'll be getting a dental cleaning this week. She'll be a great companion for a retired person who is looking for a loving little pup to spoil and take care of! Cara is a super sweet Shitzu that is about 8 months old and housebroken. She sleeps in her crate at night too. She can go on pee pads but prefers walks. Loves dogs and good with kids.
