I'm great in my kennel and keep it clean all night.  I'm still working on potty training but when kept on a schedule I do amazing and I know exactly what to do when I'm let outside.  I currently live with a 9yr old female hound dog who I absolutely love...she doesn't always share the same feelings about me though haha! I also live with 2 cats.  I love the cats but I can be a bit too rough when playing with them. I forget how sharp my puppy teeth are so if you have cats just know I will want to play with them constantly so you will have to keep a close eye on us. I absolutely love toys and bones and will even play fetch. I'm still learning to walk on a leash but I love being outside and anywhere my people are so i'm sure I'll be a pro in no time. I ride like a good boy in the car and usually just curl up and take a nap! I'd love to join a family with another dog to continue to show me the ropes! She is a hole bunch of love in a small package :) Her estimated DOB is 5/16/23.    Salty is kennel trained at night and during the day and does well, keeps it clean. Potty training is still in process so keeping her on a schedule will work great. Salt will let you know when she must go out (sits at the door or gives a whimper).  She looooves to play ball, tug and chew chew chew! Also, she is very food motivated so training basic commands is fun :)   Salty likes to tell you how she feels or when it’s time to play! Things about me you might like to know: Breed: Staffy mix Color: Black/Tan Size: 70 lbs - I really do not look that big Age: Approximately 3 years Activity level: Low/Medium Things I do in my free time: I am a pretty chill girl, I spend most of my day relaxing. I am easily entertained watching the squirrels run along the fence in the yard. I like to follow my foster mom when she is doing things around the house or yard. Things I know: I have basic house manners, I respond well if I am corrected. I am respectful to other dogs. Things I am working on: I am trying to like baths and need work on basic commands. I am a little sensitive to yelling. When my foster brother gets in trouble I will go straight to my kennel, because I don’t want to get in trouble. Kennel: I am good in my kennel day and night if need be. My foster mom has also let me spend some nights out and I am happy to curl up on the couch while the rest of the house is asleep. When the family is at work/school I am content in my kennel. Potty training: Bonus! I am potty trained. Kids: I currently am in a house with a teenager, I would be OK with younger, respectful children. I am not big on jumping up. Dogs: I am great with other dogs. I currently live in a house with one middle aged and one older dog (both males). I would be fine living with or without another dog. Cats: Unknown- I think I would be very curious but not aggressive. Could be tested if need be. Car Rides: I am a great passenger, no car sickness for me Walking: I do great on leash. I would love a walk a day, although there have been days when my foster mom is busy and I get along fine without it. She just makes sure I get some good play time outside. What to expect when you adopt me: I am a confident girl that can easily fit in wherever you might want to take me. I love to meet new people. I would do well going to venues that allow dogs, or kids sporting events. I just love to get attention! I am not a big barker, even when I see dogs walk by the front of the house. Additional information: I came to Minnesota from Alabama. I was dropped at a shelter in AL back in June with my litter of puppies. Some amazing people knew that I was a very good girl and worked hard to get me out of the shelter into rescue. Hello, I’m Toboggan!! I am a big baby that loves to be by people. I do well with the little ones in the home and enjoy the big kids as well. I don’t realize how big I am sometimes and may use a bit more strength than the kids can handle, but I am working on that. I also love playing with all dogs and especially the ones that can keep up with my energy! But what I really enjoy most is sitting next to my people to soak up all the patting and belly rubs I can get. I like to relax my paw on your arm while you give me all the love and attention. Don’t worry, I like to show my appreciation by giving you kisses in return! When I want to relax, I will find my bone or toy and a cozy spot to lay. I sleep in my kennel and stay in there while you are gone. However, it is not my favorite thing so I avoid it whenever I can. I am house-trained and prefer to go potty off leash. However, I do enjoy my walks and will need them daily. Hi there- my name's Harry! If you like fuzzy blankets, snuggles, and naps on the couch, then I'm your guy! I've loved being cuddled up next to my foster parents and furry foster brother so much since I've gotten here.I'm so happy I found my way up to Minnesota into a house where I have my own warm bed to sleep on! Although, it is my first time in a home, so things like the TV and dishwasher really scared me at first.. but I'm getting braver each day. My foster parents are so proud of me for beginning to learn my commands and where to potty so quickly. They say I'm just the best and know I'll make my forever family so happy.Both of my foster parents work from home in our apartment- and I'm the best coworker around because I just snuggle up on my bed or the couch while they work. I'm so quiet and am not bothered by outside noises like doors shutting, kids yelling, or even thunder. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Clover is a delightful.  She is affectionate and funny. Clover's estimated DOB is 3/18/21.  When she wants attention she does the sideways forward walk.  She is always the first to greet me in the morning.    Clover is completely housetrained.  She does not like the dark so needs encouragement to go out that last time at night.  She is comfortable in the kennel.  We had her in the kennel at night and during the day when she first arrived, but now we allow her to free roam.     Clover is a real lover.  If we are working in the office she will come and lay on the floor to keep us company.  Once when our granddaughter came over she had a scrape.  Clover came over and sat in her lap while she was crying and gave her a couple of licks on the face to wipe away the tears.  The granddaughter felt much better very quickly.  One of Clover's favorite activities is getting a belly rub - she will lay there for quite awhile.    We have 2 large resident dogs and she plays well with them.  We do not have a cat so cannot say how she would do with one.  Given her prey drive for squirrels and bunnies when we go for a walk I am guessing it would be a no go for a cat.   Clover has been through a lot in her life and is now waiting for her forever home. She has been a mama, had multiple surgeries such as; tail amputations from her "happy tails," a surgery for an intestinal obstruction and surgery to repair her knee! She is fully healed from her most recent surgery and is ready to find a home.
