He fears nothing but is submissive to adult dogs. He’s a friend to any person or dog he meets instantly. He is doing great with potty training and may bark or howl a bit when first put in his kennel but settles down within a few minutes. He just has fear of missing out, lol. He is super treat motivated which helps with training. He is confident in a leash. He’s just the happiest boy looking for a forever family. Loves play time and weather does not bother her at all. She’s doing well with potty training and has never had an accident in her kennel. She is making progress with leash walking but used to a fenced in backyard yard. They are great with other dogs, and people, but cats are unknown. All dogs and puppies require supervision and training to be successful. She is a very sweet female pup who has come from Texas area and getting used to the snow and cold of Minnesota winters. Snow does not seem to bother her but the cold she's not too fond of!! She loves, loves, loves other dogs...bigger or smaller..doesn't seem to mind. Unsure what her reaction is to cats as we dont have any and not sure of her previous exposure. She's more shy around humans but once she warms up to you she's happy to get more pets or treats. She's a smart girl and picking up on leash manners. Each week her confidence seems to be building. Although she is bigger than our resident dogs she's ready to share the lap for TV time!! If you have room in your heart for a sweet pup who only wants a forever home please come and meet Teeter! Rip, Little Ripper, Rip-a-Dip, Ripstick, or Good Boy are all things you can call this gem of a puppy. Since arriving in MN on 11/15, Rip has seamlessly became part of his foster family. He is kennel trained, potty trained on a schedule, and working hard on his puppy manners. He is blossoming by the day and loves children (he is currently living with an 8 and 11 year old). His play style is floppy, bouncy, and curious. He loves all dogs and he has done very well with the spicy resident dog in his foster home. Cats are unknown. He is happiest on his bed with his Benebone. He loves to explore by putting his mouth on all the things, as puppies do, but redirects easily and is learning the rules quickly. This boy is treat motivated and ready to learn. He loves a good neck scratch, and is an excellent cuddle buddy. Rip is a pretty mellow dude and approaches most things with curiosity. He also loves to lean on you when he's thirsty for attention. As a seasoned foster family, we are finding him to be a very easy puppy; your family would be very lucky to be his forever. They are great with other dogs, and people, but cats are unknown. All dogs and puppies require supervision and training to be successful. I am new to MN and boy is it different from TX. I don't mind the rain, the snow, I am not loving the cold, but I still go outside to do my business as needed so they call that potty trained here in MN. My foster tells me I am a handsome boy. I have a multi-tone chocolate colored coat with white patches on my chin, toes and chest. I am tiny at about 20lbs but I am still growing. I am crate trained. I will snuggle with my blanket and stuffy in there all night long and as needed when you are gone. I love to snuggle up in those fluffy cuddler beds in the living room here. I am the perfect mix between chill with the right amount of puppy mischief. I am good about redirecting to what I should chew on (my foster mom says her shoes are not a good decision for a chew, who knew?). I enjoy a good bone/yak chew, a stuffy to carry and nibble on, or even nibble on your toes for a quick teeth update check, yup I have sharp teeth yet. I give the gentlest kisses but I can be shy at first when I meet you, I am getting more confident every day meeting new people. With some treats, toys and rubs I warm up even quicker. If you get on the floor I will play with you, that's my favorite. I am good with kids of all ages. I am a smart boy who quickly figured out how to use a doggie door for going potty outside or to play when the weather was nice. I do need work on my leash skills as I don't have much experience with it yet. I love playing with the big dog at the home, we share toys and bones together and I am respectful of the older grouchier dog here as well. I met a ferret and had no reaction to it, along with some kittens. I hear they have claws and will use them, that scares me at this time. I've not been along on the ground with them, but I think I would be fine if they are dog savvy. If you have some patience with me, I promise to be the bestest boy!
