American Pit Bull Terrier puppies and dogs in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Meet Jenny! She is a 5-yr old sweetheart American Pit Bull Terrier Mix. Recently had puppies then spayed very soon after. She was abandoned and found as a stray on the side of the road, then taken to Dallas Animal Shelters and spent 24 days there. We fostered her one day before she was scheduled to be put down. Jenny is in need of a permanent home, now in Minneapolis, MN by August 8th, 2026. She is very well-behaved, a certified lover, just wants to cuddle and give affection to her caregivers! She seems to prefer women, though does just fine with men as long as they don't come in too hot. She is non-reactive to other dogs, only barks at passersby in the neighborhood, though her bark is more high-pitched than you would expect, she's a lady! She loves to spend time in the sun, but doesn't need a whole lot of activity, she is fine to just get hugs and lay around. She is 100% a velvet hippo pitty (she is the softest!). Anyone who is willing to adopt her will just be the luckiest!!!!

Wednesday is a happy boy loves people and people love Wednesday. He's a pittie so he's so sweet and loves to snuggle. We think he is about 4. Wednesday loves other dogs and has never shown any dog aggression while we have known him. However, he is big and excitable and is learning that not all dogs want to play with him. He lived well with a cat at his last home but don't know how he is with other cats. He loves to just hang out with his people and loves head scratches and belly rubs almost as much as treats. He came from KS to MN almost 2 years ago, but due to medical reasons his person can no longer keep him. He is fairly submissive and follows commands *most* of the time. Wednesday is a good boy and will do best with a confident dog handler who can give him the consistency he has lacked.

Located in Tennessee but can be transported to you through Rescue Riders. This girl was an owner surrender due to her having separation anxiety. She needs to be with a person and hates to not be near them. She is in a foster home with other dogs and cats and has done fine. She has not been left alone yet but will start to get left with the other dogs. She listens very well, does well on a leash and is housetrained. Needs regular walks or a yard. Very smart pup who just needs a forever family.

Syd is a 6 to 7 month old Pitt bull puppy. we got Syd from a acquaintance who works in animal care. he is very friendly and very playful. They called him "Syd the sloth" because we was always laying down when calm. the Reason why I am rehoming Syd is because I have over estimated the maintenance for a puppy and due to my work schedule I can not take care of him. shots: rabies, lepto and Lyme still needs his boosters and is unfixed. he is good with other dogs and cats but when outside he becomes defensive. he has a tendency of eating and chewing things and should be monitored

At home, she’s the ultimate cuddle companion—always ready for pets and snuggles, especially if it involves relaxing on the couch under a cozy blanket. When she’s comfortable, Opal is happy to settle in and relax, but she also enjoys following her people around the house like a loyal little shadow. One of her favorite moves is flopping onto the floor and rolling over the moment someone walks by, politely requesting belly rubs. Opal’s sweet and goofy nature shines through in everything she does. She has a charming little wobbly walk that makes her presence known wherever she goes, and it only adds to her lovable character. While breed experience is not required, we encourage you to thoroughly research the breed and its financial, medical, and environmental needs to be sure this breed is a good fit for you and your family.  It is estimated that the average brachycephalic breed owner spends $2,000 per year on medical needs. In addition to other surgeries, this dog may have had surgery on their nares and soft palate to improve the quality of their breathing.  This will be partially reflected within her adoption fee.
