At a year old, he is the perfect "puppy." He is crate trained, potty trained, and good at entertaining himself. He likes to chew on toys and bones and is great at playing with all dogs. He takes treats very gently and likes to sleep on dog beds, but will welcome couch or bed snuggles if you want. He walks well on a leash, but also loves to run around our fenced in yard! Chance was under socialized as a young puppy so he can be timid with new people, particularly men. He's made huge strides while in rescue and is also taking medication to help him with his anxiety. He is very treat motivated and with a little patience and love, he will show you what a sweet dog he can be. His ideal home would be with a single person who has another dog, but if you are willing to be patient, he would also be happy with more people in his home. Chance is the most deserving boy and just needs some patience!
