PLEASE CONTACT CAN.ADOPTIONS@YAHOO.COM FOR MORE INFORMATION***   T illie is currently being professionally trained and her training will be completed mid-September.  Tillie is extremely intelligent, and we felt this training would be to her benefit.   PRECIOUS TILLIE!!  LOOK AT THOSE EARS!!!!!  Tillie is a medium sized dog and weighs approximately 37 pounds.  She is an Australian cattle dog mix, 18 months old, spayed, current on vaccinations and on heartworm preventative.  She is also microchipped.  Tillie was out of time at a local shelter and we just HAD to get her!   SMART!!  SMART!!  And LOVES to play fetch with you.  Here is a video of her with her "big stick" which she alternates with her "Tillie Ball".  She has a lot of playing to do and a lot of love to learn about.  Tillie will need an active home that will make her a real part of their family and take her with them where they are able.   For more information, please email Gail at can.adoptions@yahoo.com.   April 22, 2024, 11:08 pm

This sweet pup was found with a litter of 11 abandoned under a house. We’ve been fostering her and her siblings since they were 2 weeks old; she is 12 weeks now, healthy and ready to be adopted. This pup is very playful, loves to cuddle and enjoys being around other dogs though she would be fine in a home where she was the only pet. Her shots are up to date, she is doing really well with potty training, and she is crate trained. We hope you’ll be her forever home!

Dahlia is a 3 year old, 40 lb Cattle Dog (Red Heeler) mix. Foster mom says that Dahlia is absolutely perfect! She is such a well behaved dog and easy going. She is very shy at first and will need time to decompress in a new setting, but after a few days she will start to show her easy going personality. She LOVES people and will follow you wherever you go. Dahlia has the perfect temperament for kids, even littles. She is happy sleeping on the floor next to your bed at night. She also gets along with the dogs and cat that are in her current foster home. She is fully potty trained and can be trusted to roam the house if her people have to leave for a few hours. She loves to go on walks and does great on the leash, but be careful when introducing her to other dogs while on leash, as she does get anxious.. Other than that, she is guaranteed to be a great family dog as she is just full of love! Hi, my foster mom says I am a bundle of joy and energy, I need a family with older children. She says I get excited and might be too rough with small kids. I don't like the fly swatter thing. I am a good girl and I learned to use the doggy door. If you don't have one I will go to the door and wait for you to come open it. I will sit, lay (down), and stay for a bit anyway. I love to play fetch with my tennis balls. I have lots of squeaky toys. I like to sleep on the bed and I am a bit of a bed hog, but I will share with you. I will go in the crate and I will sit there like a good girl but you will see how sad it makes me. I do not jump up on people but I do want everyone to pet me. As you can see from my pictures I love to layout on the sofa. The vet gave me a clean bill of health what ever that is. My foster mom could not care for me so I am at the rescue now. Come visit me ... I love walks and belly rubs. ??
