Hi, my foster mom calls me Chevy. I am about 1.5 years old and 50 lbs of puppy love . I am a very good boy and am crate trained . I love treats and am very polite and gentle when taking them from your hand. I am very sweet with people and dogs. Playing ball is one of my favorite things and I love running freely around the yard but I always come back to you when I see you. I will warn you if strangers approach, but I am not mouthy at all. My foster mom tells me that I was saved me from a high kill shelter due to a shortage of space. I don't understand why anyone would want to hurt me....I am such a good boy! I haven't met cats before so I am learning not to chase. So for now, I guess my home should not include cats or todlers because I might knock them down. Daisy is an amazing, energetic dog. She comes from an inmate training program and was very subdued when she joined our family. As she gained confidence and security, she became very excitable and desiring of our attention and unfortunately she is too energetic for our young children and our new baby on the way. She is perfectly crate trained at night and puts herself to bed around 9pm. She would do best with children over 8 and as a single pet or with another energetic dog. She loves to be rubbed and petted as well as to hike and run outdoors and loves the dog park and playing with other dogs.

Luna is a beautiful, smiley, active girl who loses her mind for tug-of-war, belly rubs, and fetch. I love this 4-year old extrovert and her little white socks. But I'm not home enough to give her what she needs. My main focus is finding her a new home with someone with a stable living situation (a house preferably, so that she has a yard to "play tag" with squirrels) and someone who already has at least one other young and playful dog. If no current dogs are in your home/apartment, but you have the space and time to give her daily exercise (i.e. dog park, walks), I'm definitely still open! She is housebroken and knows all basic commands. She is spayed, and her vaccines are up to date. She doesn't need to be left in the crate while you're gone. And above everything else, this girl just wants to be loved and to be around others, especially other playful dogs.

Kaynan is a good dog and knows a lot of commands. He does not seem to get along with other pets however, but is great with humans and kids. He is pretty laid back and loves to cuddle. He thinks he's a lap dog. I think he will do great in a home where he is the only dog and if he has a back yard to run around in. Still, anyone with a big heart is welcomed to adopt him. Kaynan was found roaming around my neighborhood almost a month ago. Since then, I have provided him with food and water. I have posted flyers, but no one has claimed him. I can no longer keep the dog at my apartment even if providing it temporary board and rescue (according to my landlord). The local humane society is full and there is no telling when an opening will occur. If you were to open your home to Kaynan, I will provide toys, a large kennel, and about 3 weeks of food to get you started. Sorry, I am not certain the vaccination record of Kaynan--as he was found as a stray.

JuneBug is the sweetest dog in the world! If I were physically able to handle her needs I would keep her forever! She deserves a better home than I can provide. She's about 4 years old. She is very energetic and needs daily time playing in short bursts but otherwise just wants to cuddle with you. She's crate trained and will come with a crate and pad, leash and slow feeder bowl as she tends to gulp food otherwise, as well as heart worm medicine. She came from the local shelter as a stray and heart worm positive. She was fully treated and been on heart worm prevention medication since. I cannot emphasize enough what a sweetheart she is and she would make someone who is healthy a wonderful companion. It is breaking my heart to do this but I love her too much to make her live without the kind of support she deserves. Please help we are desperate!
