After being left behind when his family was evicted, Chop spent several months in a shelter before joining a foster home. Despite his rough start, he remains one of the happiest, most adaptable dogs you'll ever meet. Why you'll love Chop: Approximately 4 years old 55 pounds and at a healthy weight Friendly with people and other dogs Gentle, easygoing temperament Crate trained Learns quickly and knows basic commands Loves affection and being close to his people Happy, social, and eager to please Chop is what we call a "Velcro dog"—he loves being part of whatever his humans are doing and is happiest when included in the action. His soft, submissive nature and lack of reactivity suggest he could do well in many types of homes. Chop is neutered, up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative, and on monthly prevention. Easy going, great with other dogs Buddy showed up at a Foster's property and came in, sat and then curled up on the foster. He's just an adorable loving dog! Someone took good care of him before he was dumped. We posted him everywhere no one showed. He is so wonderful!! He listens so well and has wormed his way into my home with all my babies. He’s amazing whoever gets this dog will have a best friend as long as he lives. We were lucky to be the ones to take him in  Age: 2-3 years WT: 68lbs. Beauregard (a.k.a Beau Boy) ma be a senior at nine years old, but he still has so much love and energy to give. He has been with us his entire life. His origins are unknown (most likely an unregistered breeder) but we are 99% sure that he is purebred boxer. He is on the smaller size at 55lbs, and he is intact. He has had a low grade mast cell tumor for 3 years, just one on his trunk. Beau is very cuddly and sweet and has always been eager to please. He's smart and loves to practice tricks and solve puzzles for treats. He is a blast, and is content to nap all afternoon after a round of fetch or tug. He is great with kids, dogs, and cats. He is housebroken and trained with a front lead harness. He needs a home that has the financial resources to provide him with regular veterinary care for his cancer and has the time and love to spare to give him the golden years he deserves. He would be a perfect fit for someone with experience with senior dogs.
