Story
Kaynan is a good dog and knows a lot of commands. He does not seem to get along with other pets however, but is great with humans and kids. He is pretty laid back and loves to cuddle. He thinks he's a lap dog. I think he will do great in a home where he is the only dog and if he has a back yard to run around in. Still, anyone with a big heart is welcomed to adopt him. Kaynan was found roaming around my neighborhood almost a month ago. Since then, I have provided him with food and water. I have posted flyers, but no one has claimed him. I can no longer keep the dog at my apartment even if providing it temporary board and rescue (according to my landlord). The local humane society is full and there is no telling when an opening will occur. If you were to open your home to Kaynan, I will provide toys, a large kennel, and about 3 weeks of food to get you started. Sorry, I am not certain the vaccination record of Kaynan--as he was found as a stray.

Story
Meet Sadie, a 1 one year old best boxer mix beauty. Sadie was rescued by a good Samaritan who is now her foster. Sadie now spends every waking moment giving kisses, wagging her tail and wiggling her butt. Beautiful Sadie is about 2 years old and a 50lb sweetheart. She has become part of the family in just a short time. With daily socialization she has blossomed and is learning to play and trust. She gets a long great with new people and loves the foster’s teenage son. Sadie would love to spend time with you on your sofa or staying somewhere near you while you work. She also likes to be on the move so getting out and being active or going somewhere in the car is exciting for her. She will be a great side-kick, travel companion and best friend. Sadie has the most sincere and engaging eyes, you will feel her love every time she looks at you. You will be her world. Sadie will be happy as only dog, but a calm and similar size pup might be good for her too. Cats are not a good match for Sadie. Sadie is crate trained, house trained, spayed and vaccinated. She knows her basic commands and is a real pleaser. She is so easy to have in your home! Sadie loves daily walks and is good on a leash. She has a lot of energy but also loves being a couch potato. Story
What's not to love about me? I'm cute, petite, a super snuggler and I heard some guy named Rick wrote a song about me!!! I'm Jessie Girl. They say I'm a boxer mix, but I'm not even 40 pounds. Fommy thinks I might have some Boston terrier in me, which might explain my high prey drive. I love my 4 legged family members in my foster home, but they should probably not be in a farm setting. Also, no cats or rabbits, please. I'm a super snuggler who loves to be under the covers - and that's any covers; I'm not picky, but I especially love to be under yours so I can be all warm and cozy. I'm house-trained and crate-trained. What I don't do well is walk on a leash. I would need lots of patience and training. I can act very crazy and unruly while on walks, and even scream a bit because I'm over-excited, so teaching me how to redirect/refocus would be my number one priority. I would rather have a home that has a nice, secure,  tall fence. That way I won't get the crazies.   I'm just a simple family girl out here looking for her forever life. If that might be you, let's meet to see!     For inquiries, email inquiry@angelsrescue.org     An Adoption Application for this dog can be found and submitted online.   http://www.angelsrescue.org/adopt/adoption-forms   Please be sure to like our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/angelsrescue.   Note: Some apartments and neighborhoods have breed restrictions. Story
So many famous Admirals in history, but first and foremost is me - I'm a famous Admiral! Meet Admiral, a neutered 8-year-old (12/13/2013) super energetic Boxer/Mountain Cur mix. He is lean and athletic and loves running and could probably command a naval fleet if needed.  Admiral will make the perfect companion for an active family.    Admiral is house and crate-trained and comes with a special escape-proof crate.  As a famous Admiral, he does need a fenced yard to run off his excess energy.  And a dog companion who likes to play and is around Admiral's size makes it easy to help this energetic guy settle down Admiral loves other dogs, playing, wrestling, chasing, and being chased. This handsome senior guy is ready for his own home where he gets lots of attention, play, and just being active! Just look at that goofy smile. Story
ROSS ~~ Boxer Mix, Fawn and White, Neutered Male, 68 pounds, DOB: 12/27/2021 Are you a one dog person looking for that one special dog? Come to Alpharetta and meet Ross to see if he checks off all the must haves!!! Ross has been with us for so long now and wants to go to his new home. He is looking for his forever person.... basically, someone that "gets him" and can't live without him. Come meet Ross today to see if that's you! FUN FACTS: Ross is super intelligent, very playful, and very curious about his surroundings. He likes learning new things and would do best with an active couple or family with older kids. Since he could use some basic leash and obedience training (nobody's perfect, after all), he may not be the best candidate around younger kids ~~ he tends to jump up in excitement. ENERGY LEVEL: Ross is a high energy, fun-loving, playful guy who would love his own fenced backyard to run around in. Do you have some cool toys or maybe even a pool, like to go for hikes or go running? Even better! Ross is food and treat motivated and will thrive in the right hands. OTHER PETS: Ross will need to be the only pet in the home. He does not get along with others and wants all the attention for himself. He is looking for an exclusive relationship with his favorite people. ADOPTION FEE/HEALTH: $65. His adoption fee includes one month of Simparica Trio (for heartworms, fleas, ticks, and intestinal parasites). He's up to date on vet services, vaccines and is microchipped. We’re offering ½ off all adoption fees for pets one year and older to welcome Summer! MEET ME AT Crabapple Knoll, 12604 Crabapple Road, Alpharetta, GA. 770.475.8272. Weekdays 630AM to 7PM. Saturday & Sunday 8AM to 4PM. Closed on all major holidays. Visit Ross at least two hours prior to closing.

Story
Meet Bandit, my 7-year-old purebred boxer. I have been with him since his birth, and he is the son of his late father who I also owned. Bandit has always had a companion, be it a fellow dog or a human at home. He is a lovable, laid-back dog that adores children and is extremely well-mannered. Bandit walks well on a leash, is housebroken, and is crate-trained. He loves having company, but things have been tough since I moved to an apartment, and he's been experiencing separation anxiety. Unfortunately, he's been howling, whining, and barking, causing my neighbors to complain. Bandit is truly a great dog who craves attention and companionship.

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Everly waqs born Mar 2019 and is a friendly, affectionate Boxer/Bulldog mix. She is a sweet, curious, playful girl who loves a soft bed, enjoys close physical contact with her humans, and likes to hold your hand or arm with her paw! She is a high energy girl who is progressing with her leash manners, has moments of running around the yard or in the house bounding on furniture, but is mostly a calm sweetheart who likes to curl up on the bed, couch, or dog bed to snooze. She likes other dogs, so we think she&#39ll do best in a home with a fenced yard and another dog for company. She is housebroken, crate trained, spayed, fully vaccinated & microchipped.June 19, 2024, 1:04 pm
