She does great with other dogs of all sizes after a proper introduction, and loves everyone she meets after a proper introduction as well - the caveat there being that she can be very protective of her home and untrusting of new people when they first come in. We have found that Chloe does very well meeting new people outside on a leash and then coming inside the house together. She does have some storm phobia, which translates to anxiety around other loud noises as well (fireworks, construction, etc) which she usually reacts to by hiding in a corner until the scary sounds cease. She is on Prozac daily, which helps with her anxiety. She is very smart and treat-motivated, and has shown no destructive tendencies in the home. Goldie is our sweet and lovable 9 year old Boxer mix, around 50 lbs. She's housebroken, very loving and doesn't meet a stranger - this girl loves people. Her owner had to move and couldn't take Goldie with her. She is great in the home, likes going for walks, loves chasing balls and has a sweet personality. She also loves other dogs her size and bigger. She would LOVE to have a fenced yard to run around in. The ideal fence for Goldie is a 6 ft wood fence which she has in her foster home. We found Chocolate several months ago hurt in the rain and fostered him while we find a new home. He is great with my other dogs and very sweet. He listens and is very smart. He is very active and loves to exercise. My husband and I currently work over 12hr shifts and barley have time for him. He is currently in a crate for long hours and it breaks my heart which is why I have the urge to relocate him asap. He deserves a chance to be active and loved.
