What he doesn't have is a loving family to call is own. Please help change that situation. Luke is a 1-year-old, 50 lb. social butterfly, who melts hearts wherever he goes. He is a smart pup, fast learner and treat motivated. Luke walks great on a leash, potty-trained, crate-trained and dog-friendly. He's non-reactive to barking dogs when out walking on a leash. Luke is a possible Boxer/Black Mouth Cur/Lab mix. We do not DNA test. Luke is a natural-born people and dog lover. He jumps in excitement (something he's working on), so children should be 10+ years of age in the household. He sleeps through the night, usually on his back and snoring in his crate. Luke would benefit from an active family who has a fenced-in-yard and committed to continue his training and taking him on dog-friendly adventures. He wants to be in on the action during the day, so minimal crate time during the day would be a better fit. Luke has done great being out of the crate during the day. Whether it's playtime in his foster’s fenced in backyard or cuddles on the couch, Luke is always ready to spread happiness and joy to everyone he meets.
