Story
Myna is a senior land seal in need of a foster or adopter! She is about 55lbs, has a stunning black, white, and brindle coat, and is the most happy go lucky girl you will encounter. Literally, nothing puts a frown on this girl’s wrinkled jowley face! Likely a boxer mix, this salt and peppered girl has the energy and life force of a pup! So, don't let her age fool you- Myna is the fountain of youth in compact pup form! She is about 9 years young, but you will have a lifetime of love from her! Consider her as providing you with 9 years of experience in love and wiggles. That is hard to come by!
A true girl scout, Myna is prepared for anything with her favorite stuffie always by her side. Myna loves to carry around a stuffie and prefers playtime to naptime. However, hit the couch with her and this bouncy girl is ready to snuggle. Myna would thrive in an active home. Since entering our care, she tends to ignore other dogs. So, she could be the only pet, or share the love with the right dog sibling. She loves people, playing fetch, and learning new commands. Eager to please and food motivated, Myna is a quick study in all things dog-fu.
Unfortunately, we don't know what her life was like before the shelter. She was a stray that found herself at the city shelter.
We are looking for a patient and understanding foster or adopter who can help Myna adjust to life in a loving home. For the time being, Myna would prefer your only pup or join forces with a patient and easy going dog. We do think she would love to be the center of your world. Myna has big dreams for her golden years and she hopes to spend them with you!
