Story
Meet Fallon- a scruffy little muppet in dog form who looks like she just wandered off an indie album cover and into your heart. Named after Fallon Bowman of Kittie, this shaggy white sweetheart has a presence that’s equal parts quirky charm and soulful sensitivity. Fallow sort of drifts in- like a soft melody you didn’t realize you needed. With her tousled fur, expressive eyes, and slightly “I just woke up like this” aesthetic, Fallon leans hard into that lovable, scrappy underdog vibe. She’s not trying to impress anyone- which somehow, that makes her completely irresistible. Personality-wise, Fallon is gentle, thoughtful, and just a touch unsure of herself in new situations. Quickly though, she will stick to you like Velcro, quietly devoted and always nearby...your little shadow with bedhead! Fallon would do best in a home that appreciates training, socialization and confidence building, kind humans, and maybe a confident dog buddy to show her the ropes. This is not a requirement though. If your type is a little scruffy, a little soulful, and a whole lot of heart, Fallon is your girl!

Story
Chloe and Emma are a bonded pair ready to set off on their new adventure - together! These two senior ladies are still full of spunk. They enjoy going for walks, playing with toys, playing together, and being around their people. Chloe and Emma can be nervous around other dogs and need time to warm up. They've never been around cats. Any introductions to resident pets should be done slowly. Chloe and Emma are looking for a quiet home with just teens and adults. They don't enjoy being left alone and would be happiest in a home where their humans are around often. Chloe and Emma are ready to go home with you today!

Story
Shy little one! Meet Maria! Sweet Maria is looking for a special forever home and that just might be you! She’s an adorable 7-pound Chihuahua with a cheerful and upbeat personality. She’s sure to make you laugh and smile! While Maria is a sweetheart, it's important to note that she has a fear of being touched. Despite her gentle nature, Maria struggles with being handled and avoids physical contact. It's something that her foster family has been working on. That said, Maria has recently gone blind out of the blue, so that changes her world quite a bit. One interesting outcome is that she's a little less shy, but we will see how that play out. One of Maria's favorite pastimes is playing with other small dogs, exploring in the yard and sunbathing. When she's not busy playing, Maria chills and hangs out near her people. (She will need a home with a small-dog-proof fence). She would do well in a home with one or more friendly, playful small dogs and one that’s pretty low-key without a lot of people coming in and out. If you already have snuggly pets, Maria’s presence won’t change that. No fighting for your lap! Be a true hero and give this sweet, playful girl her forever home. If you're looking for a small companion with a big heart, consider welcoming Maria into your home! Story
Animal Profile: Lulu was adopted in 2020 after being rescued from a high-kill shelter in California. Unfortunately, her owner passed away, so we welcomed her back into our care. Lulu arrived in rough shape, having gained so much weight she was obese, and her nails were so overgrown they were curled under and made it painful to walk. This sweet girl was put on a diet, and received a pedicure without any problems immediately at intake.  Lulu is currently in foster care with another small dog, a cat and a Golden Retriever. She is a happy girl who loves her walks and lives for snuggles. Lulu is now 7 years old, and ready to find her family. Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $575, which includes spay/neuter, current rabies/DAPPV/bordetella vaccinations, microchip, health certificate, and heartworm test. All adoption fees are donations to a Washington non-profit corporation and all donations go to benefit the animals in our rescue.  Apply online at www.DogGoneSeattle.org Animal History: This dog was rescued from euthanasia at a high-kill shelter in California and will be available for adoption in Seattle, once evaluated in a loving foster home in the greater Seattle area. August 2, 2026, 4:02 pm
