Story
FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED! Meet Victor 🌶️🐾 Victor is a 3-year-old, 7.5-lb Chihuahua with a big personality packed into a tiny body. This sweet but spicy boy loves going on walks and truly enjoys spending quality time with his people. He’s smart, treat-motivated, and eager to engage, which makes him a fun little companion. Victor can do well with other dogs, but he likes to make his opinions known and can be a bit bossy and vocal at times. Because of this, he would thrive in a standalone home outside of the city, where he has a bit more space and fewer shared walls—not an apartment or condo. If you’re looking for a loyal, entertaining sidekick with lots of character and love to give, Victor is ready to spice up your life ❤️🐶 Victor is neutered, UTD on shots, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $500.

Story
FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED Meet Dolly! Dolly is a 1-year-old, 17 LB Chihuahua/Spaniel mix who came to us as a stray from an overcrowded shelter in CA. She’s a gentle, sweet girl with an adorable white spot on her forehead and soft, floppy ears that make her even cuter! Dolly is still building her confidence as she learns about the big world — things like new noises, walks, and busy streets can be a little overwhelming for her. She’s making great progress but will do best in a quieter, more predictable home (no young children). She’d thrive with a patient adopter who can continue helping her gain confidence and feel secure. She loves other dogs and plays very with them! Dolly would love to have a canine companion in the home for confidence and company as well as continued socialization since she is very playful. The only thing she needs a little help with is food time — she prefers to eat separately from other dogs. Sweet, cuddly, and treat-motivated, Dolly is a total lovebug once she feels comfortable. She’s the perfect little companion for someone looking for a small, affectionate pup to nurture and grow with! Dolly is UTD on vaccinations, microchipped, and spayed. Her adoption fee is $500.

Story
Meet Gordita, a 2-year-old, 15 lb chi mix with the softest belly and the cutest little underbite you’ve ever seen. Despite a rough start—having spent most of her young life living in a car with a pack of dogs—she’s blossomed in foster care into a loving, quirky little character with so much potential. The world is still new to Gordita, but she’s learning fast. She adores belly rubs, gives gentle morning kisses, and plays sweetly with her dog foster siblings. She's smart (very motivated by food!), mellow, housetrained, and a model passenger in the car—always keeping a close eye on the barista to make sure they don’t mess up your drive-thru order. She's very helpful that way! That said, Gordita is still decompressing and learning how to feel safe in new environments. She’s shown some protective behavior toward her favorite people, especially when unfamiliar guests are around or when other dogs are being petted nearby. She would do best in a home with a calm and experienced adopter with shy or reactive dogs. Gordita’s ideal home would be a calm, rescue-savvy household—preferably with women or older adults—who can continue helping her build confidence at her own pace. Once she trusts you, she’s an affectionate cuddlebug and a pleasure to have around. She truly just wants to feel safe and loved. We know her perfect match is out there—someone who understands that -- past the nervous exterior -- Gordita is a delightful, devoted, tail-wagging girl just waiting to love you! Gordita is up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and spayed. Her adoption fee is $500.

Story
FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED Meet Willow! Willow is a 1-year-old, 12 lb Chihuahua/Terrier mix with a gorgeous brindle coat and a cute curly tail! This sweet girl bonds deeply with her people and will become a loyal, loving companion for the right adopter. She’s active, bouncy, and loves to go on adventures — from walks to exploring new places, she’ll happily tag along wherever life takes you. Willow is shy and slow to warm up to new people and situations. Because of this, she may show fear-biting behavior if she feels threatened, so she needs a calm, patient home with someone experienced in helping shy dogs build confidence. She would do best in a predictable, peaceful environment with no young children or cats. She gets along well with other dogs, especially calmer canine companions who can help guide her. Once Willow feels safe and confident, her true personality shines: she’s goofy, playful, loves belly rubs (she’ll happily roll onto her back all day!), and is incredibly cuddly. She also loves curling up in her bed after a fun day out, making her the perfect combination of adventure buddy and lap companion. Willow is UTD on vaccinations, microchipped, and spayed. Her adoption fee is $500.

Story
FOREVER HOME NEEDED (currently in foster care) Meet Winnie! She is a 1-year-old, 11 lb, Chihuahua mix. She is a quiet, sensitive little girl who’s still learning that the world can be a safe place. New environments and people make her nervous, so at first she may hide and keep her distance. With time, patience, and a calm routine, she slowly begin to feel more secure and let her sweet personality show. Winnie is very well-behaved in the home and does best in a calm, predictable environment. She will need time to build trust and will thrive with an adopter who understands shy dogs and is willing to go at her pace. Winnie will need a quiet, adult-only home with: • No kids • No apartments/busy city areas • A house with a securely fenced yard She is a flight risk, and if she gets loose, she will not come back on her own — safety is extremely important for her. She will need a patient, experienced adopter who is willing to work with her, give her space when she needs it, and celebrate the small wins. She’s not a dog who will immediately run up for affection — but for the right person, she’ll be incredibly rewarding. She is good with other dogs and would love another confident dog in the home to give her confidence. Winnie may be shy, but she is gentle, well-mannered, and deserving of a safe, loving home where she can finally relax and feel secure. With patience and consistency, she has the potential to truly blossom. Winnie is up to date on vaccinations, spayed and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $500.
