He enjoys toys (especially if treats are involved!), can be cuddly, and also appreciates his personal space. Finn is anxious around loud noises and reactive when he sees other dogs, so he’s looking for a quiet home where he can be the only pet. He hasn’t lived with cats but has ignored chickens. He greets people calmly outside the home and politely “announces” visitors with a bark. He does best with a predictable routine and would thrive in a home where someone is around more often—Respectful children are fine. Finn is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and eats a prescription urinary diet. The Perfect Coworker: He does great hanging out quietly while I work, but he's always down for a game or a run with other dogs when it’s break time. Story
She is 4yo and 2nd breed is Siberian Husky. My family’s living situation has changed. We have many teenage boys and new faces coming & going, and it is stressful for Elsie as she’s fearful of men at first. We have tried working with a trainer. This decision was not easy, but I hope it is the right choice for both of us.  Elsie's ideal home has other dogs because she loves to play & snuggle. She can also adjust to living with cats over time, as she now has a cat friend. She is wary of men, but with time and proper introductions, she will warm up to them. She needs a confident & patient human and stability. She is very smart, food motivated, loves to be by your side. She is very alert to her surroundings and can act like a guard dog but it’s just in her temperament. She is fine in a kennel and needs to eat in a kennel or alone. She’s a beautiful, smart, loving girl and deserves the best. I will keep her until she finds home.
