I'm working on house training; it's a work in progress with her but she's coming along. She's good at going in crate when directed to do so, but will howl/bark for a little while before settling down. She’s wonderful with other dogs and absolutely adores people. Ace snuggler. Very sweet temperament that's on the calmer side. But also game for adventuring. I don't have cats so unsure if friendly with them but I have no reason to think she wouldn't be.

She settled into her foster home quickly and wants to be part of everything you’re doing. Mona is very smart and has already started picking up basic commands, showing just how eager she is to learn. She loves going on walks, playing in the snow, and romping around with dogs of all sizes, especially her foster’s small dog. Mona is on the higher-energy side and will do best with an active home that can give her plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. While she can get hyped up easily, she also settles down well. She’s been doing great with potty training, has had only one accident, and sleeps quietly in her crate at night. Mona is spayed, nearly done with her meds, and ready for her forever home!

He also loves long walks to explore the world, and loves the snow, so if you enjoy getting outside, he's your ideal buddy! Hi, my name is Ringo, and I am from Tennessee! From his foster: Ringo is a sweet young dog. He is quiet, gentle and submissive. He approaches new people and things cautiously, head down, until he figures out the situation. Then his tail starts slowly wagging and he comes over for some pets. Ringo will take quickly to some training. He’s a smart boy who’s a good listener. He runs to you when he’s called, and doesn’t like to be too far out of your view when he’s out in the yard. He enjoys hanging out with my resident dog. While Ringo’s social skills are a little awkward at his young age, he gives things a try. He responds nicely to any feedback he gets from my dog, and either backs off or starts to play, depending on the vibe. He has been playing nicely with my dog outside. Taking turns chasing each other, doing play bows, rolling on the ground to let the other dog wrestle with him, and vice versa. Ringo has not been around cats or kids yet. On walks, he is protective of me when he sees other dogs and people, but he responds really well to redirection and praise when he feels safe. He is a loving dog who wants to be with his people and be happy!

Hi, my name is Aunt Daisy. I am from Georgia. From her foster: Aunt Daisy is a calm and gentle dog who is happiest lounging around the house with her people. She is the perfect blend of couch-potato cozy and occasional adventures. At home, Auntie is a dream. She is respectful of furniture and happy to stay off the couch if you prefer, though she will want to settle in nearby. She appears to be crate trained but has not needed it during her stay with us as she has behaved herself. One of her cutest quirks is her love of carrying toys around the house. Auntie would thrive in almost any family. She’s gentle with children, friendly with other dogs and cats. She doesn’t mind being handled, snuggled, bumped, or having her paws examined. Her sweet, steady temperament makes her a great fit for a busy household or a quiet one. From the Vet: I am currently being treated for heartworm disease. Heartworm is not contagious so your resident pets are not at risk! The treatment for this is 3-4 months long and requires a minimum of 3 appointments and strict rest/restricted activity. My adoption can take place during treatment, while TBB manages the financial responsibility of my heartworm treatment at The Bond Between Vet Center. Any other medical care needed outside of the specific care covered in the contract disclaimer, would be the responsibility of my new family. After heartworm treatment TBB will agree to cover 1 dental COHAT procedure + 1 round of medications and 1 recheck appointment associated with surgery as determined necessary by The BB Medical Team. This surgery should be scheduled by Aunt Daisy's adopters no sooner than 30-40 days after completion of her heartworm treatment and no later than 6 months post adoption.
