He loves being around his people and the resident dog, and he’ll quietly follow you from room to room just to be part of the moment. Snuggles are his love language, and he’ll melt right into you for as long as you’ll let him. He enjoys short walks, a little playtime outside, and absolutely lives for car rides — especially when they end with a Caribou pup cup. He smiles the whole way home like he knows he just had the best treat in the world. At home, Roscoe sleeps peacefully on a dog bed in his foster mom’s room. He rarely barks (only if the resident dog starts the conversation), but he loves to “talk” to you when you come home — a happy, wiggly welcome committee who’s been watching out the window waiting for you. I am an adorable border collie/lab mix who wants nothing more than a home to call my own--and, preferably, a ball to call my own as well. I LOVE to chase balls, and if no balls are around, I'll make do with chasing anything you throw for me--stuffies, sticks, ropes... the options are endless. I also love going on car rides, sit politely in the back seat, and walk well on a leash. My foster mom says that I'm amazingly well adjusted given my rough history. I was 1 of 16 (!!) dogs rescued from a local home, and I haven't had the best care before now. For example, you might notice that I have a bit of a limp due to a wonky front foot. The vet says that this is likely caused by a ruptured tendon that didn't heal right. Fortunately, it doesn't slow me down at all! I also recently had 8 front teeth removed. Still, nothing can bring down my happy-go-lucky personality (except, of course, when my foster mom puts away my ball for the night). Here's a bit more from my foster mom: An ideal home for Gordy would be one that can give him lots of mental and physical stimulation. He really enjoys chewing on bones and bully sticks, playing tug with toys, and playing fetch. He's also a smart boy and has picked up on sit, lay down, and crate up very quickly. We're working on some new commands for him to show off! I think he'd do great with someone who enjoys having a dog that can be a companion to them on a variety of adventures! JASMINE is playful and very happy. She has a beautiful golden color with some white and a tail that curls over her back. She currently is 25# and will probably be about 40-45# when grown. She is spayed, all 4 DAPP vaccinations including Leptospirosis, Rabies, and Bordetella. She will be a great family dog. She loves other dogs of all ages and size. She also leaves my cats alone. Like most puppies, she does bark … not the best for an apartment. She is used to be in a kennel as well as being in the puppy pen outside. This is a great deal!!! Meet Mia. A female mini Australian shepherd. She will be 5 years old this summer. We purchased her from a breeder as a puppy. She has lived with us in the woods on 5 acres her whole life. She enjoys the outdoors, loves snuggles and her evening time zoomies with our other two male dogs. She is spayed and had all the vaccines as a puppy. We did not continue vaccinations since. Mia is a bit anxious and scared which leads us to this difficult decision to rehome her. She is terrified of strangers, cars driving in the driveway and leaves falling from the trees. She gets along great with our other dogs. However she takes her herding genetics a bit too seriously. We have chickens, ducks and goats on our property, which she has chased down and bitten multiple times causing injury to the animals. Three years ago, her anxiety, has also led her to bite two men (delivery servicemen) at separate occasions. She has never bitten anyone in the family (we have two kids) or our other dogs.
