Monty is a great name for a great dog like me ;) I have the Monty Python kind of humor... goofy and sweet! But, don't mess with my crate! That really is my only "pet: peeve!! I was found on the streets 2 years ago and was adopted as a pup... however, I became the boss in the house and didn't like anyone entering the house that I didn't know :( SO..... Back to the rescue, because they won't give up on me!! So here I am and I have really adjusted to the environment and new people meeting me and treats and lots of love. AND the crew here basically has determined that I need a family/adopters that will be in charge of the house. Someone I can trust to protect me so I don't have to!! I am vocal in my crate, so my crate needs to be away from the common areas so I can relax and not meet everyone that stops by. Once I settle into my new home I will follow your lead! I am a gorgeous boy, with caramel and milk chocolate highlights in my soft fur. I want to please my family and go on all kinds of adventures! While she can be a bit shy when meeting new people, she warms up quickly and soon shows her affectionate, playful side. Once she feels comfortable, she’s happy to snuggle up for cuddles or join in whatever fun is happening around her. Gigi loves people of all ages, including children, and gets along wonderfully with friendly dogs of all sizes. She also does well with cats, making her a great fit for many different types of homes. She was rescued in Arkansas as part of an animal cruelty case, and what she endured is something we’ll never fully understand. But what matters most about Snow isn’t where she started—it’s who she is now. And who she is now? An absolute angel. Snow is one of those dogs who just… wants to love and be loved. She’s gentle, sweet, and so eager to make her people happy. Despite everything she’s been through, she meets the world with trust, kindness, and the softest little soul. She does great with kids, gets along well with other dogs, and while she hasn’t officially met any cats yet, her easygoing nature suggests she might be just fine. Hi, my name is Jeff and I am from Arkansas! Jeff is a very "chill" guy; non-reactive, very quiet & relaxed! He is gentle, friendly and loving. Potty trained well. He is good on a leash, with very little redirection needed, and he enjoys a good walk (he walks fast!) or a couple of active play sessions. He LOVES playing fetch & frisbee, and knows some basic commands. He needs some work on recall. He also enjoys quiet time on his own. He does very well in a kennel. He doesn't mind being brushed. He is great with other dogs, big & small. His previous foster in Arkansas said he was good with cats too. He has not had any exposure to children here, so I can't comment on that, but as far as adults, he doesn't have any stranger fear at all. He would be a great dog for a house or apartment. From the foster: He does like to "herd", as most collies do, with gentle nudges of his nose, or he will lay in doorways, which is his way of keeping people "contained", but again, Jeff takes redirection quite well. If you ask him to move, he moves.

Hi! My name is Clary, and I am from Texas! Spunky, energetic, and full of love, Clary is looking for an active home where she can run, play, go on walks, and be part of everyday family life. She’s really enjoying learning to walk on a leash and exploring new places beyond the yard. Like most puppies, she gets excited, especially when she sees squirrels or rabbits. She’s settling nicely into a routine, doing well in her crate at night and for a few hours during the day when needed (tried max 4 hours so far). Clary is also making great progress with potty training, with only a few accidents in the past couple of weeks. She plays well with her sister and other dogs.
