Please note that we are a TX based rescue that transports our dogs once they are adopted. ALL our dogs reside in foster homes in TX. Please fill out an adoption application at haydudeequine.org Strudel - You are the bridge between what was and what will be, my pathway to a new life! Oh my goodness, we have the dessert litter! Strudel and her siblings were not living in the best of situations when we received the call about them. They are now safe, dry and warm and getting lots of love. And ready to start their life with their very own family. These sibling were all named after desserts so you can have your daily dose of sweetness without any of the guilt!! What a better way to start your day then with your sugar fix, and it only takes a few puppy kisses, tail wags and cuddles to keep you going all day long!!! As with your typical puppy, Strudel is playful and ready to explore...everywhere!! Mom was a dachshund mix and dad was anyone's best guess. With her breed mix she should stay on the smaller side when fully grown. She'll be an awesome size for lap sharing, neighborhood strolls, tagging along on errands and cuddling in between. Strudel and her siblings are in need of their fur-ever home. If you've been missing something in your life you may not even known was missing, Strudel just may be the piece of the puzzle to make it complete!! These sweet lil desserts are - Strudel, Truffle, Cannoli, CreamPuff, Fudge, Toffee and Cobbler

Cooper is a sweetheart. He is a dachshund /beagle/Pomeranian mix He is shy and timid until he warms up to you. He seems to have anxiety-so someone who is able to work through that would be a good fit I think he would do best if you have a yard for him to play in-he has a lot of energy. He gets along with our elderly dog and cat-but has a lot of energy so would probably be better suited with younger animals in the house if you have any. Looking for a perfect fit he can call his furr-ever home Re-homing fee to ensure good home and recover some of the vet fees. Up to date on shots but not fixed yet

I am a year old lowriding dachshund MIX :) looking for an ACTIVE family! They say I'm a very smart cookie, that sounds amazing!!! Who doesn't like cookies?! I know sit, fetch and learning to drop it. I have doggie friends and I've met the kitties and they are ok too! I am still a little nervous with new people and sometimes like to bork at them so they know I'm there. Foster mom is teaching me so many cool things all the time. I am crate trained and I LOOOVE belly rubs! I would do great with an active family that likes to go on hikes, adventures and give me lots of chewy toys and stimulate my growing mind! Hi my name is Cookee, and I'm the sweetest treat of a pup that you'll ever meet. People say I remind them of cookies and cream when I give them sweet kisses on the nose or bump up and snuggle with them when they're feeling down. I am a Dachschund/Standard Smooth Hair mix, 8-years old, and medium sized (20-59lbs). Sitting on people's couches or laps is my favorite pastime as I get to snuggle close to the people I love, which is practically everyone! As I am a bit on the older side and lived on the streets until I was saved with my babies in my tummy. I have been living at the rescue and am ready for my forever HOME!! When you hear the name, Chloe, what do you think of?? A cute girl with piggie tails and happy smiles? Or do you think about a mature woman with a penchant for tea and crumpets? I honestly think about the old chick, but I don't like tea and what are crumpets anyway?? SO, you guessed it- my name is Chloe! I am more of a middle aged gal (5 yrs old or so)with lots of love to give, and although I can be nervous with the wild kind of kids running around, I am PERFECTLY comfortable with a fire, popcorn and a good movie :D I am looking for a home that is relatively quiet and maybe a little boring, I am great with other dogs and would prefer to have a friend to hang out with- big or small... but no kids, sorry but I am not a kid loving girl, they just make me nervous and I react. Not sure if I was hurt or harassed by kids in my past life, I just know that in this life I am happy without them. And when it comes to cats... well cats are cats and there are some that I don't mind and there are some that I just plain don't like. I have been with cats in my foster home. A few are kind to me and some, well we would just rather not be in each others areas if you know what I mean. So when it comes to cats we are going to say that I am ok with cats if the cats are okay with me. Would I prefer a home without cats, yes. BUT every cat is different and who knows maybe one day we could grow to like each other given time, space and time. I didn't have the best life before I came to the rescue, now the rescue wants to find me THE BEST LIFE EVER! I have so many fun cool little dogs with me in my new foster home. We run and play and show our foster moms whats up! I am a cute girl, if you like dachshunds you will understand my personality perfectly- I love my people and am low to the ground. So adopt me, we can be the best of friends and that is the BEST home ever!!! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of State adoption fee is $450 transported to you.
