Say Hi to Blanche! Blanche is such a sweet, cuddly, loyal girl. She is a bit of a couch potato but gets the zoomies and loves to play with her toys. Blanche is very food motivated, so make sure to keep a lid on the trash, and has been known to bark at thunder. Blanche does get a little nervous when meeting new people and dogs, and tends to bark to let you know. She would do best in a home where she is the only pet and with someone who can provide some extra TLC to help Blanche become more comfortable in unfamiliar environments. She is house trained and knows basic commands like sit, stay, and shake. She walks really well on the leash and loves to be outside, so she would love a backyard! An experienced adopter willing to put in some time would be great for Blanche to help her navigate her an unfamiliar world.

He is about 21 pounds, very lovable, and gets along great with toddlers - he genuinely enjoys being part of the family energy. He is crate-trained, confident, and not overly timid. Jaxon will also alert you to unusual activity around the home, making him a great little watchdog without being overwhelming. Adopted from a shelter in Flagstaff, Arizona and he originally came from a reservation up there. I have had him since he was 3 months old, he is now 1.5. He is incredibly smart and is potty trained, crate trained, knows sit, off, lay down, and gimme paw. Unfortunately he needs so much more play time, living space, and training than I can provide for him. He is currently living in a small apartment with me and I have received multiple noise complaints due to his barking when I am gone. We have moved multiple times and Ive gotten a job with longer hours. I think all of this change + lack of consistent and long exercise has caused him to have anxiety and some behavioral issues. He is leash reactive to humans and other dogs but has lived with 2 other dogs and a cat who he got along great with. Hes capable of being an amazing and smart companion but really deserves to live a more active lifestyle + leash training which I think would help so much with the behavior and separation anxiety.

Garth is a sweet, gentle 10-year-old chihuahua with a huge heart and an even bigger personality. He’s extremely well-behaved, fully trained, and knows tons of tricks. His recall is excellent, and he listens beautifully. Garth has the best balance of energy he’s happy to be a lazy snuggle buddy on the couch, but he also loves to play with toys and run around with his younger brother, Joni. The two of them are very bonded, so we are looking to rehome them together when the right home comes along. He is very food- and treat-motivated, which makes him fun and easy to work with. Garth is great with kids and does well around other small dogs. He’s affectionate, loyal, and loves being part of whatever his people are doing. Garth would be a wonderful addition to a calm, loving home that wants a cuddly companion who also loves a little playtime
