Story
Birka is about 9 yrs old. She's super sweet. She's very submissive. She is good with other dogs and great with kids. Not good with cats. She should be a country dog with plenty of space but she can also be a small home city dog as well, she was for the 7 yrs I've had her. She does follow basic commands, sit, down, stay, come, leave it,and no. While on leash she will heal as well. She's a great dog and deserves a good loving home. Wish I could keep her but I have to move and unfortunately can't take her with me.

Story
She is the best girl. Great with kids, great with dogs of all sizes. A GREAT family dog. She has been my baby for years but unfortunately I can no longer care for her the way she needs. She needs a yard or active people that will run with her. She needs exercise and time outside. No food aggression. Big snuggler. She LOVES roadtrips and is great in the car. No rehoming fee. Just want her to be happy. She’s scared of trash trucks but hasn’t once been scared of nippy little dogs like she should. She just wants to play. She plays gentle with kids but wants to roughhouse with adults. Thats my fault for wrestling with her for 6 years. I would prefer she go to a home that has either children or other dogs.

Story
Hi there, I'm Cookie! My days here are filled with soaking up the sunshine, enjoying relaxing strolls, and getting plenty of cuddles from my friends here at The SPCA. But as much as I love my friends, I'm ready to start my next chapter with my forever family. Could that be you? I can be a little shy when we first meet, but a little cheese is the quickest way to my heart! Because I'm a gentle girl who needs a little time to warm up, I'd do best in a home with children ages 7 and older who can give me the patience and gentle interaction I need to feel comfortable. What I'm really looking for is a forever person who will enjoy peaceful walks and cozy cuddles with me, while also appreciating my silly, playful side when the mood strikes!I'm currently available behind the scenes, so if you'd like to meet me, please ask a Customer Care staff member about me!
