Story
Courtesy Post for a rescue partner. We are assisting Greener Side Haven with placing Wolfie ! Wolfie is a striking Siberian Husky/Lab(?) mix. He is about 2 years old and weighs 60 lbs, is neutered, partially housebroken, current on vaccinations, dewormed and has a clean heartworm test. He has a short Lab like coat but Husky markings and that traditional tail curl. Wolfie has a big personality and like many young Huskies can be willful & headstrong, but is very smart. He is a very active dog and will try to escape, so a 6’ privacy fenced yard is required to keep this guy safe. We believe Wolfie would do best with someone who has Siberian breed experience. No small children or small dogs please. For more details and to arrange a meet ‘n greet, please call 352-746-3545. If you have questions about the Siberian breed feel free to email us at: foccas@tampabay.rr.com More pics of Wolfie can be found here: https://www.petfinder.com/dog/wolfie-59987955/fl/inverness/foccas-inc-fl1385/

Story
9 month old Elsa is ready for the love of a family. She enjoys learning and wants the attention of her people. She was recently on a slumber party and did well with children, another dog, and cats although she was more interested in trying to play tag with the cats who were not in on the game. Puppies need lots of attention and training to be their best self. This girl is super sweet and if you give her your time she will reward you with unconditional love and devotion. She loaded into the bathing station on her own and was good for her bath. She gets rambunctious after a bath but will sit when you ask her to. She`s an active pup but when you pet her she becomes very calm and soaks it all in. She gives sweet kisses and loves receiving affection. She weighs 35 pounds, is spayed, microchipped, heartworm tested, and vaccinated. Come meet her at Citrus County Animal Services, 4030 S. Airport Road, Inverness, FL. 34450. ID# 52432423

Story
LITTLE MAN — BIG HEART, READY FOR A HOME! Don’t let the name fool you… Little Man is packing a whole lot of love into his 46-pound frame. This sweet boy is estimated to be 2–6 years old and has already shown what a wonderful companion he can be:* Housebroken* Walks on leash* Knows sit and shake* Friendly with people he knows* Lived with other dogs* Loves toys (especially squeaky ones!)Little Man has been through a lot — he was originally found and then surrendered when his owner could no longer care for him. Despite that, he’s still a good boy who just wants someone to call his own. He may bark a little when meeting new people, but give him a moment and you’ll see his loyal, loving side shine through. He’s the kind of dog who bonds deeply — the “your dog” kind of dog. If you’re looking for a companion who will be by your side through it all, Little Man is ready to step into that role.Come Meet Little Man! Citrus County Animal Services, 4030 S.
