Story
Bandit is a young and handsome energetic pup. He is around 40lbs and is a year old. He needs a person willing to spend time continuing his training as he is young and still in the chewing stage. He is treat and attention motivated. He is crate trained, rides well in car, he has made great strides on leash walking and potty training. Bandit has a silly, fun personality. He is very curious and has a lot of potential, I would say medium to high energy but he does have an off switch. He was a little nervous during thunderstorms but just needs to know where his person is. Bandit is an all around love bug that gets along well with other dogs, is neutered, current on immunizations and on preventatives. If he sounds perfect for your family, please fill out our application: https://www.australianshepherdsfurever.org/adoption-application There is an additional $20 microchip fee which includes registration ane transfer to his new furever family. All adoption fees are used for future rescue eforts.

Story
Nellie is a gorgeous girl. She is approximately 4 years old. She is spayed, up to date on all vaccines and preventions. She weighs about 50 pounds. Nellie came to us when her owner was arrested for running a drug house. She, along with 16 other dogs in the home, were sent to the county shelter. They all showed signs of neglect and the owner was additionally charged with cruelty to animals. Nellie is a bit unsocialized. She's shy and timid. She hasn't had a good life up until now. She lived most of her life in a crate in the garage of this tiny house. Nellie is a sweet girl who has been enjoying life in a real home with all the things a dog should. Soft blankets, bones to chew, quality food, warm beds and plenty of friends. To make Nellie's new home a success, these are her requirements - another playful, confident dog in the home - no children under 12 - fenced in yard - Patient adopter * Nellie is not housebroken, as she has lived most of her life in a crate. Nellie will need a patient and kind adopter to help her adjust to life living in a home as part of a family. Nellie is a sweet and gentle soul who has a whole life ahead of her with so much love to give Located in Spring Hill. Travel time should not exceed approximately 1.5 hours ****EMAIL INQUIRIES ONLY *****

Story
Uncle Ted is estimated to be 12 years old, he's everything bit of that and maybe more. He weighs about 60 pounds, is neutered, up to date on all vaccines and preventions and is heartworm negative. He's housebroken and a complete joy. Uncle Ted is looking for a new beginning for the end of his life. He's a sweet old man with an amazing disposition and outlook on life. Uncle Ted loves people and REALLY loves other dogs. He's not the typical senior, who just wants to sit back and watch the world go by, rather Uncle Ted loves to get into the mix of things and can be frequently found trying to keep up with the younger group in the home. Thankfully, he's found a few that can "wrestle" gently with a fragile old man. Uncle Ted has no idea he's a senior!! And he would love other playful friends as long as they won't hurt him Uncle Ted has end stage arthritis and is currently in 2 different medications, librela injections and joint supplements. His gait is stiff and gimpy, giving him the appearance that he's had too many, so we lovingly refer to him as a Boozehound or Drunkweiler. Uncle Ted is THAT fun Uncle that you love seeing on holidays!! If you are interested in adding this life of the party senior to your home ***PLEASE EMAIL ALL INQUIRIES DIRECTLY TO LOVETOTHERESCUEINC@GMAIL.COM ****

Story
Eve is a special girl looking for a special adopter. Eve came to us after being found as a stray and in rough shape. Eve has clearly birthed a lot of litters in her life and hasn't been shown the best care. She seems to have never known the comforts of the inside of a home, but she is slowly learning and starting to enjoy the finer things in life. Eve is estimated to be between 4 and 7 years old. She's still a little underweight at 65 pounds, but we're working on that. She is spayed, up to date on all vaccines and preventions and heartworm negative. Eve is looking for an adopter with a lot of patience and compassion. Eve did not come from a great place and is very hand shy, especially around her head. She will need slow introductions and food is always helpful. Once she trusts you, and it doesn't take long, she does so wholeheartedly. She is a very sweet and loving girl. Eve has most likely never lived inside a home. She is not housebroken. She is doing well, and will do well, with a consistent and regular routine and schedule. She is also learning about a crate and is doing well with that. She also has finally started using dog beds and has picked a few favorites. Eve is dog friendly. Although her social skills aren't the best, she tends to be a little jumpy with other dogs in an effort to play, and she doesn't understand personal space with other dogs. She's had zero negative reactions with other dogs, even when they haven't been fans of her approach. She would do best with tolerant, submissive dogs that won't hurt her. Eve herself is not a well bred rottie and there are some things that will seem off about her. Her tongue will hang out. She doesn't seem "right", but she does get things with consistency and patience. She has learned to sit very nicely for her meals. Eve is a sweet girl, who is ready to be shown a life that she's missed out on. * we are recommending children be 12 and older for Eve * fenced in yard preferred as she is still a bit unfamiliar with a leash * travel time for adoption not to exceed 1.5 hours from Spring Hill (34610) ** PLEASE EMAIL ALL INQUIRIES DIRECTLY TO LOVETOTHERESCUEINC@GMAIL.COM **

Story
Hello, I'm Ella. I've been told I'm quite the sweetheart. My favorite pastime? Snuggling up close to my hooman. I'm a gentle soul, always ready for a good cuddle. I'm smart too, I've learned a lot over the years. I'm mellow, not one for the rambunctious puppy energy anymore, but I still love a good car ride. There's something about the wind in my face that makes me feel alive. I'm loyal, once I've decided you're my person, I'll stick by your side through thick and thin. You should adopt me because I'm a ready-made best friend. I've got years of experience in companionship and I promise, I'll make your days brighter with my gentle, loving presence.
