Story

Evie is approximately 8 months old and growing every single day! She lived the first couple months of her life with my friends’ mom and due to lack of stability there, we decided to take her in. She is incredibly playful and rambunctious, and loves to spend time outdoors! Due to her high energy levels, we very much want her to go to a home where she’ll have more than enough space and time to exert herself physically. She has been around two cats for the entirety, and aside from her playful moments with them, she can remain in a calm manner majority of the time! Because she is still in her younger months, she has a slight problem with playful biting which has been greatly improved over time and training.

Story

Pip is full of energy 25lb mini Aussie! She’s loving, funny sometimes rebellious if not given enough attention. She just turned 1 years old. She is due for shots here soon. She loves to have chew toys and bones, she knows how to do commands , sit, stay, lay, kennel, jump and no. She’s kinda cooped up with all this energy - it isn’t ideal for her. My sons have jobs they are now working , along with me working and all 3 of us busy with lives , she’s hardly outside or even out of her kennel and it’s just not fair for her! She gets a little feisty around other female dogs I will say- but I’m not sure if it’s her wanting to play or claiming dominance. I haven’t explored further with that one. We need someone to love her like we do but with the time we don’t .

Story

This is Rain! She is a 6 year old Standard Poodle. I am fostering her as her previous owners were no longer wanting to keep her. She is now looking for her forever home! Rain was originally a backyard breeder release to a shelter when she was 2 years old. Due to her genetics and life circumstances up until that point, she is a nervous/timid dog. She will need a home with someone who is experienced and patient to work through her anxiety. That being said, she is a sweetheart and would make a wonderful addition in the right home. She is dog and cat friendly. Other dogs give her confidence so preference will be given to a home with an existing dog who she could play with. She can at times be a little exuberant when trying to play with cats, so a home with a cat who is used to dog antics would be ideal. She has not yet figured out how to play with toys, but will occasionally toss them around a little. She is potty trained, crate trained, and knows some basic commands (sit, come, etc).

Story

In 2020 I found this guy in Kosovo starving and on deaths door. I ended up getting him here in the United States after I returned. He’s not a bad dog and he’s not exactky the most well behaved dog but he’s not a bad dog. Unfortunately due to changing family and work dynamics I’m not able to care for him properly the way I need to. He doesn’t exactly not get along with other dogs, but he’s never been around dogs he wasn’t raised with. He also very friendly to the cats we’ve had but I wouldn’t throw a small animal he doesn’t know in front of him. As far as children he steers clear of little one. He also hates walking on a leash. I think the perfect home for him would be someone with some land to let him hang outside all day and sunbathe. Sheriff is essentially grumpy old man personified into a dog. He’s a little food aggressive. He also communicates with wagging tails and small snarls. He’s also house broken, although do to me barely getting home I think there’s been some regression.

Story

Mocha was given to us by someone who rescued her. Mocha is 12 years old, she is a Mutt and a very good girl. She was rescued from a home where she had been locked inside for two years and the basement rug had become her potty ground. She is now very anxious when people leave and will run off without a leash but that’s because she has not been outside in years and loves to play in the gras. We have noticed she listen to commands and does tricks. She is extremely energetic and runs up two flights of stairs without being tired as well as her hopping up and down to great you at the door. She talks and will let you know she wants water! She loves to lay next to you, sleep in your bed and get belly rubs. She is older but has so many years left in her. You can tell she has had a ruff few years but she still is so loving, full of energy and ready to give kisses. Sadly we are not home enough to give her the support she needs as she transitions into a safe home with a family that has more time

King is an ESA. He will be 6 years old on December 7th. He is a great dog who loves kids. He is not fond of dogs and not sure about cats. HE knows sit, lay down, shake n stay. I love him very much n will miss him when he goes so I am hoping wherever he does go that I can possibly visit once in a while. If not, I truly understand. I have lung disease and my breathing is getting worse so I am unable to walk him because he is a puller. I am looking for a good home for him that preferably has a yard for him to get exercise, someone that will walk him and love him like he deserves to be loved. He is amazing❤️
