Tucker is 6 years old and is looking for a new home due to our health and relocating. Tucker joined our family when he was approx 12 weeks old. Tucker loves people and kids. He has been around other animals but always on a leash. Will bark but never showed signs of aggressiveness. He is intellilgent, energetic, fearless, courageous, athletic, affectionate, can be stubborn, and is very submissive. Tucker sleeps in a heated garage in his crate. His crate is his safe zone. He does not like baths nor getting caught in the rain and hates cold weather. Tucker can NOT swim, he is all muscle. Tucker has never been inside the house but might adapt if trained by use use of a crate. Tucker currently has 10+ acres to run in. He enjoys chasing rabbits, squirrels and other wild life. He loves attention, back and belly rubs, treats, and human food. He will come up to you holding his paw up as if it hurts, this is a fake out! :-) Holding is paw up is way to get a back scratch or treats!

Suni is a little shy until she gets to know you and then look out - her wonderful personality comes busting through! She is a gorgeous gal who will need to meet any potential dogs in the home, as she can be choosy. She still is not fond of cats, so perhaps a canine pal would be fine, but at this point, no cats! She keeps her kennel clean and loves her humans! Her adoption fee has been sponsored, so her lucky new owner will not have to worry about that either:) Come on out and meet this beautiful girl!

Story

Herkules is a returned adoption, due to issues with their other dog. He was born here in 2023 to Shamus and Shakira, along with 9 litter mates! He`s a sweet, loving, gorgeous dog who unfortunately is back with us because he and the owner`s other dog had had a couple fights - not sure who started them, so we don`t know if it was just not the right situation for him, or if he truly does not get along with other dogs, even though the 2 had been together from the start! He has shown some food aggression towards other dogs since he`s been back, but nothing towards people. We also know that he ABSOLUTELY cannot be around cats - this is a deal-breaker for this guy, unfortunately! More to come as we get to know him as an adult.

Frost is a happy, fun-loving boy who thrives on attention. Frost does well with some other dogs, but he will require a meet and greet. We`re saying no to cats right now, but working with that! He is great with kids and will make someone a fantastic family pet! He enjoys his days away from the shelter, getting to know the world outside, and we are also working with some manners with him - but he`s just an awesome bigger boy!

Flake has grown up with us over this past year! Although he looks kind of crabby in his pictures - he never smiles - that couldn`t be further from the truth! Flake is a happy, fun-loving boy who thrives on attention. He gets along great with other dogs and I believe cats (will need to double check) and he loves his humans. He`ll need manners training - which we are working on - as he`s pretty much only known the shelter life, but he`ll start everything off with a belly rub and then just melt your heart. He`s a true sweetie and will make a great addition to your family!

Winnie came to us because her owner left and the person she left her with didn`t have time for her. He says she is good with cats and dogs and kids! She is a bit shy for a few minutes, but warms up nicely and her happy personality comes out! She weighs in at 35 pounds, so she`s now on a little diet to take off a few of those pounds. More to come on this beautiful girl!!
