Rex came to us as he was too energetic for his elderly owner. We have recently learned he is good with children over 6 years old, he's fine with other dogs but we still recommend a meet and greet, he loves to play fetch, take long walks and he LOVES snow when we have it! And those ears - so comical! He has great potential for the right person but will need daily exercise to keep his mind and body going in the right direction. Such a wonderful boy, we'd love for his next home to be his LAST, forever home; he deserves that so much!

Henry is a sweetheart who has had an owner at some point, but was brought to us by someone who found him. Henry will need LOTS of exercise - he is full of energy and wants to run and play! He's very sweet, but might be a bit much for really young children, as he's so energetic. A nice farm doing his job would be ideal for him:) He does ok on a leash - pulls a bit - but once he has that initial burst out of him, he does much better. We think Henry might need to be an only pet in the home, but he'll be the best he can be for you! Come meet this handsome fella!

Shakira was brought to us with Shamus on a Saturday and had 10 puppies, (who have since all been adopted) the next Thursday! She was a wonderful momma to her pups and is just a fantastic dog overall. She did well with the foster family's 4 kids and 4 other dogs, and she is now ready to find her forever home. She is happy, playful, sweet and very laid-back. She's a real gem of a girl, and gorgeous as well!

Rizzo came to us as a stray running in the country. He is a beautiful boy who is as goofy as he is regal! He's medium in size, HUGE in hair - lol! He is friendly to all, but will let you know if he doesn't like something, and for that reason, we'd ideally like to adopt him to someone familiar with the Chow breed. He's gentle but playful and just a sweet boy. He's fully vetted and ready to go - come on out and meet him, you'll be glad you did!

Mila is one of Shakira and Shamus' puppies who is back because her adopters' situation changed and they couldn't keep her. She is just 5 months old and such a sweetie! She is good with kids and we'll be testing with other dogs and cats soon. She is very social and very smart - she's just going to be a great addition to any family!Shamus is the father, so she would be St. Bernard/golden retriever on his side and Great Pyranees/boxer on momma's side (both estimates from our vets), so will be good sized dogs when fully grown.
