Story
Meet Reyna — this queen is part Rottweiler, part athlete, part professional couch companion, and 100% good girl. Reyna is beautiful, low-shedding, crate trained, potty trained, and walks on a leash like she personally watched every episode of The Dog Whisperer. She loves running, hiking, swimming, fetch, and basically any activity preferred by those mysterious people who voluntarily do cardio when absolutely no one is chasing them. She’s great with kids and medium- to large-sized dogs. However, in true Rottie fashion, Reyna firmly believes squirrels, cats, and other tiny fast-moving creatures are highly suspicious and should be investigated at full speed. Because of this, a home without cats is a must. The squirrels, however, have been warned and remain fair game. After a full day — or at least a good walk and a game of fetch — this gal is more than happy to crash on the couch with her people for cuddles and a full-on Love Island binge session. Athletic, gorgeous… and emotionally available? Honestly, Reyna is setting unrealistic standards for the rest of us. Story
Introducing the newest sweet and savory sensation from McDonald's-meet McMuffin! This delightful treat is here to warm your heart and fill your home with fun and love! McMuffin is a lovely female Labrador Retriever mix, and she's got the energy of a firework ready to burst! Her absolute favorite snack? English muffins, the kind you use to whip up those delicious breakfast egg sandwiches. But, watch out! Her tummy can get a tad grumbly if she indulges too much. As she's matured, McMuffin likes to take life at a leisurely pace, being kind to her joints and bones. But when it comes to showing you affection, she's all in-wet kisses and wiggly butt wags galore! Now, McMuffin can be a bit nervous when she first meets her family, so she's looking for her forever home right in the heart of Texas. She's discovered true happiness in her foster home and would thrive best with another calm, confident dog as a companion. Or, if you're up for it, she'd be over the moon to be reunited with her sister, McFlurry! So, if you're craving a special addition to your life, don't miss out on the delightful McMuffin. Swing by and let her add a sprinkle of joy to your days! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX)

Story
Hilda is kind of a formal name for such a big goofy girl like me! I am not sure who gave me the name, but they must be old and a little 'stuffy'... So I came from the high kill pound, scared and a little overwhelmed last spring. They basically have to kill almost all the dogs and pups that enter there....except there some very very lucky dogs and pups who get OUT of there- because of rescues! And they picked MEEEEEEEE!!! So I am here growing and playing and eating and running and LIVING! I am ready for the furever family who will love me! I am an ACTIVE girl, good with other male dogs. I am really best as an only dog in a home or with a male buddy who is medium energy. My family needs to be strong doggy leaders so I don't take over the "helm" in my home. So now you know about me, I want to know all about you too! So fill out the application and we can learn more about each other! ADOPT, DON'T SHOP!!!! MY LIFE DEPENDS ON IT!!!
