This is Mischif, she is a blue heeler, 5 years old, 45lbs, has been with me since she was about 6 months, birthday is around January 2018. She is incredibly intelligent & sassy, she has calmed down a ton. very good on walks and runs. She just had her first litter and is recovering well. not up to date on her yearly vaccines/exams. She can be very independent but also very loving, she likes cuddling with me and loves attention. When she wants your attention she will make it known. She knows sit, shake, other paw, laydown, up, stand up, get down and starting to get stay. She has food aggression, only with animals not humans. She is ok around other animals but she does nip at them/herd them which causes some issues. I would like her to go to a home that can give her the time and attention that she needs to thrive. And preferably with a yard that she can run and have more freedom. She is such an amazing dog but I am now working too much to give her the home she deserves.

I adopted Athena the summer of 2016 when she was 1 year old and she has been with me since. Over the last few years, my life has gotten increasingly more stressful and I have been suffering as I try(and fail) healing from my traumatic upbringing. I no longer have the energy or mental capacity to care for such a high-need dog like Athena. I feel extreme guilt for not being able to keep up with her care, but I recognize now that it's much better for her if she finds a home where her owners have the energy for her. Athena is an anxious love bug who just wants to be apart of every single thing you do, and needs to have lots of activities to keep her entertained. She would thrive with someone who enjoys spending most of their time outdoors, someone with a large property is a bonus. She love staying close to her family but she also loves sniffing and exploring.

Kodi's recent owner passed away and is needing to find his next forever home. He is a 6 year old chocolate lab. He is good with other dogs his size or smaller. He does take a little time to warm up to new dogs but once he knows they are good he is very friendly. He is great with kids. Not sure how he is with cats as he has not been around one since he has been with me. Kodi is a happy boy and loves to play fetch and lay around. Kodi also loves to go on walks. Kodi is very food motivated and loves to learn new skills for some treats.
