Story
Buster is an incredibly sweet and loyal boy. He will turn 11 this year but he still has so much love to give. He wants nothing more than a lap to nap on and a full belly. Buster does have chronic ear infections but, they are easy to treat if it is noticed early. He is a 58lbs boy who currently lives with other dogs but doesn't love meeting new ones, as he gets older. He can be overly assertive with others dogs. He does not like cats and sees them as prey. He comes from a home where he has been loved and adored but, my partner died very unexpectedly and I have had to move into a much smaller house, with a smaller yard and cats. He is bonded to me but loves meeting new people and is eager to make new human friends.

Story
Chayni came to my partner as a 3 month old puppy. Her birthday is in November and she will turn 11 this year. She has always lives in a house with other dogs but as she has gotten older, she doesnt tolerate them as well. She is incredibly intelligent, stubborn, active, and can be very loyal. Chayni does not like cats and sees them as prey. Unfortunately, my partner died very unexpectedly and I have had to into a much smaller place, with a smaller yard, and several cats. I have a strong bond with Chayni and she is very much loved but needs to be in a less crowded, triggering space. Chayni is, overall, in good health although her back hips bother her from time to time.

Story
Chance was born on Dec 25,2025, he is a German shepherd, Australian shepherd mix. He does really well with my golden retriever. He does well with my cat, wants to play but does not chase when she flees. Has been to the vet twice and is up to date on all vaccinations. He’s very skittish when it comes to people and needs a lot of work and support in learning that people are good. He did poorly at the vet the first time was barking a lot and growled a few times but never tried to nip. The second time he did much better, was still very nervous but was taking many treats from the vet and was approaching her on his own. He’s learned sit, kennel and go potty quickly. He knows down but does not do well staying in the down. He’s learned to chew on bones not other things quickly. He can last 9 hours in his kennel without having an accident. He’s very sweet once he gets comfortable around you but I don’t have time to dedicate to socializing him like he needs.

Story
💔 Meet Lucy — the little dog who still believes in love. 🐾 Lucy was found tied to a tree, her body showing she’d just had puppies. She’s estimated around 2 years old and still very much a puppy at heart, full of joy, curiosity, and hope. We believe Lucy was kept in a basement or garage before she was rescued. Because of that, she’s still learning her house manners, but she’s catching on quickly with consistency and patience. She’s such a smart, eager girl who just wants to make you proud. She is an absolute lover and snuggles up like a nice heated blanket 🐾 Lucy loves her chew toys — she keeps one in every room like little treasures she’s collected now that she finally has a safe place to call home. 🧸 She adores other dogs and will play with them all day long, and she’d love to be friends with cats too (though her excitement can be a bit much for some). After all she’s survived, Lucy deserves a family who will give her the love and security she’s been missing. She’s ready for her second chance — could it be with you? 💕

Story
Meet Eden — a beautiful girl with a heart just as lovely as her name. 💕🐾 Eden is an approximately 52-pound medium mixed breed who is ready to find the loving forever home she truly deserves. This sweet girl has such a gentle, kind personality and absolutely loves being around people. She has a calm, affectionate nature and would make a wonderful companion for a lucky family. Eden does great with other dogs and is also good with cats, making her a wonderful addition to many different types of homes. She enjoys being around her furry friends and would love a home where she can share her love and companionship. She is up to date on all of her vaccinations and is already spayed, so she’s ready to settle right into her new life. Eden was previously heartworm positive, but she has completed treatment and is now heartworm negative — healthy, happy, and ready to move forward with a bright future. Eden is truly such a sweet girl who just wants a family to love her. She’s the type of dog that will happily sit by your side, greet you with a wagging tail, and remind you every day how special rescue dogs really are. Now all Eden needs is someone to give her the forever home she has been waiting for. Could that be you? 🐶❤️

Story
Meet Pepper 💕 Pepper is a handsome male medium mixed breed puppy with a sweet personality and a heart full of love. His estimated birth date is December 26, 2025, making him the perfect little holiday surprise that just keeps giving joy! 🎄🐾 Pepper is already showing what a wonderful companion he will be. He is great with other dogs and enjoys having furry friends around to play with and learn from. Whether he’s bouncing around during playtime or snuggling up after a long day of puppy adventures, Pepper has a gentle, loving nature that makes everyone fall in love with him. This smart little guy is also puppy pad trained, which is a great start for his future family as he continues learning all the good puppy manners he’ll need. Like all puppies, he will thrive with a family that can provide patience, guidance, and lots of love while he grows into the amazing dog he’s meant to be. Pepper is up to date on his vaccinations, and he will be neutered at around six months old, which will be covered by the rescue at Auglaize Animal Hospital in Wapakoneta. Pepper is at that fun puppy stage where everything is exciting—new toys, new people, and new adventures. He would love a forever family that will help him continue to learn, explore the world, and give him all the cuddles he deserves. 🐶💗 If you’re looking for a sweet, playful, and loving puppy to add to your family, Pepper might just be the perfect match. Your new best friend could be waiting for you. 🐾
