Story
Rayne is a kind-hearted dog who is looking for her forever home. She seems to be housebroken and knows her basic commands. It may take her a minute to warm up to new people, but she is just nervous here at the shelter. She plays well with children, is dog selective, and will need a home without cats. She'd love to find a home where she could get lots of exercise and lots of attention. She is a quiet girl who has a friendly demeanor! We were told that she likes riding in cars and would love to tag along if you'd let her. This protective girl would make a great family companion!Age: 3Housebroken: YesActivity Level: Medium/HighKids: Loves kids!Dogs: Picky - we will do meet and greets!Cats: NoTraining Needs: Low, does jump when playing Leash Trained: YesIdeal Home: Fenced in yard, active, kids to play withPersonality: playful, active, nurturing, loyal, dominantPawgwarts (Hogwarts) House: Hufflepup! Story
Eleanor is a very sweet girl! She loves people and is great with kids, but might be too high energy for young children. She seems to enjoy other dogs and did very well in her previous foster home. She will need a home without cats. She is energetic, playful, and entertaining! Keep in mind, her energy can get her into trouble; she can clear a 6 foot chain link fence! Eleanor would thrive with a large privacy fence and lots of room to roam!Age: 2Housebroken: UnknownActivity Level: HighKids: Likes kids! Meet Lady! She is 6 1/2 and would love to spend her golden years in a home! She is very easygoing and friendly but does take a while to warm up to new people. She is affectionate and intelligent and knows some commands. She is pretty quiet and reserved at the shelter and a loving home would work wonders for her. Lady would do just fine in a home with kids! She gets along with some dogs and not others, but needs a home without cats!Age: 6 1/2Housebroken: UnknownActivity Level: MediumKids: YesDogs: PickyCats: NoTraining Needs: LowLeash Trained: YesIdeal Home: Kids to look after, relatively active, adopter who is home a lotPersonality: Friendly, playful, affectionate, quietMore information? Story
Miss Molly came to us as a stray back in June 2023. We can count on one hand how many times Molly has been asked about. She doesn’t “show” well in her kennel, and needs to spend some one-on-one time with you before you see her real personality. Molly has been much pickier about other dogs, but we would love to do some meet and greets! She hasn’t been cat tested but we can absolutely do so if requested. Molly is full of energy and loves to run around and play! She would do best in a home with older kids/teens, as she can be a little on the nervous side.

Story
Lizzy is a sweet older girl, estimated 7-8 years old, who came to us as a stray clear back in October 2023. She is very mellow and doesn’t seem to mind the other dogs at the pound! She absolutely loves children and would make a great addition to a family. She would do best in a home without cats. She has the perfect energy level, not too energetic, not too lazy!

Story
Introducing Chuck! Chuck is a sweet young dog who came to us on New Year’s Eve! Instead of celebrating with his people, he was found all alone and brought to the pound. He was scared and knew he wasn’t meant to be a pound dog and attempted to bust out of his kennel, scratching up his face in the process. He has since fully healed and is ready to lay on the charm!Chuck is an absolute sweetheart and loves our volunteers. He’s happy and affectionate and loves to play. He would make such a wonderful addition to any household! As always, any kids or dogs in the home must come in for a meet and greet. We can also cat test on request.
