With his impressive mastery of potty training, he's already one step ahead in becoming the perfect furry companion. Now, all he needs is a loving family to embark on life's adventures with. If you're ready for a lifetime of snuggles, laughter, and unforgettable moments, Marshall is waiting to make your house a home! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Before you get attached to me, read all the way to the bottom. You will see that I am still in Texas- My rescue will make all arrangements for me to travel to you as soon as I am adopted. We expect our dogs to be adopted by families who understand- these are rescue dogs, they will need time to decompress, routine and stability. We put our lives into saving these dogs- we expect their new families to be prepared for a lifetime commitment before applying- dogs are not recyclable. Please do not send an email inquiring about a dog. Please fill out the adoption application found at https://www.rangersreach.org/ We are 100% volunteer ran and you have no clue how bad it is down here; we try as hard as we can to get through applications as fast as possible. If we spend all our time answering inquires and emails, we have no time to look over applications. Please do not apply until you are ready to bring a new furry family member home. We do not hold dogs for any reason. We do try to be fair and go in the order applications are received. If no response, decision, or adoption is made we must move on to the next application. Applying for a dog does not guarantee that you will receive that dog.

He adores both people and other dogs, making friends wherever he goes. While he's still mastering leash manners, he's making amazing progress every day. Dallas is fully potty trained and knows how to use a doggy door. He's already mastered "sit" and taking treats gently, and he's currently working on giving paw. Riding in the car is one of Dallas's favorite activities, especially when he can look out the windows. His foster family adores him and can't say enough about his sweet nature. Dallas has a special love for water, so if you're looking for a beach or hiking buddy, he's your guy. Dallas is a perfect mix of active and laid-back. He loves to play and burn off energy but is just as happy to relax once he's had his fun. He would thrive in a home with a yard and other dogs or with an active family ready to include him in their adventures. If you're looking for a loyal and loving companion, Dallas is the one for you! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Before you get attached to me, read all the way to the bottom. Story
Bruno came into ACHS as a stray on 4/21/23 after his owner abandoned him at a friend's home. This gorgeous fella is very sweet and calm with people. When the staff goes in to spend time with Bruno he immediately sits in their lap! He loves kids, but needs to be in a home without small children because he is super strong and might accidentally knock them over. Unfortunately, Bruno has shown aggression to other dogs at the shelter. This could change outside of this environment and with dedicated training! However, we will only allow him to be adopted into a home with no dogs or cats. A fully fenced yard is also recommended. If you are looking for a wonderful companion and have room in your heart and home for Bruno please give us a call at (608) 339-6700.
