Story
Hello friends, my name is Max! I'm a 4 year old, neutered Siberian Husky mix that weighs about 46lbs. I'm one goofy and happy dude that loves belly rubs! I'm equal parts lovebug and high-octane athlete! My zoomies in the yard can't help but bring a smile to your face! I would love to go home with a family that has Nordic breed experience as I am very true to my breed and like to do things in my own special way. I would love to meet the whole family including any resident dogs (as I'm a rambunctious player) before going home. Come on in and say hi! Max ID#A0902253   Unless otherwise indicated, adoptable animals are located at our Lantos Center for Compassion at 1450 Rollins Road, Burlingame, CA 94010.  You may call us at 650-340-7022 to schedule an appointment, or just drop by. Drop-In hours for Same Day Adoptions are 11 am – 5 pm, 7 days a week (closed major holidays). We do our best to update our listings regularly, but we can’t guarantee every animal you see is still available. It’s also typical for us to have animals who haven’t had their photos taken yet, so you are welcome to visit our adoption center and have a look around! To check on an animal's adoption status, please call 650-340-7022 during normal business hours to speak with an adoption counselor. Emails will be returned as soon as possible, but please allow up to 48 hours during busy adoption periods like weekends.May 21, 2026, 10:04 pm

Story
Hello! My name is Miso and I'm a spayed female, 1-year-old, Siberian Husky/Pit Bull Mix that currently weighs about 44lbs. I'm an active, affectionate gal that is known for being a total lovebug. I have lots of wiggly energy, which I use by running full speed and chasing toys! When I am done playing, you can find me laying at your feet asking for belly rubs. I'm super affectionate and love full heartedly! I'm still working on impulse control and my doggy social skills, so I'm hoping my new family is ready for an active lady and is an experienced family that is prepared to continue my training. I also happen to be 'The Sniff Expert': I’ll lead the way and make sure every leaf is properly inspected. If I sound like the perfect addition to your family come on in with the whole family to meet me.   Miso ID# A0974599Unless otherwise indicated, adoptable animals are located at our Lantos Center for Compassion at 1450 Rollins Road, Burlingame, CA 94010.  You may call us at 650-340-7022 to schedule an appointment, or just drop by. Story
We’re looking for a loving new home for our Husky, who is almost 2 years old. He’s full of energy — fun, a little crazy, and incredibly cuddly once he warms up to you. Like many Huskies, he can be stubborn at times, but he’s also sweet, loyal, and full of personality. Surprisingly, he’s not very vocal — unlike most Huskies, he rarely barks, howls, or "talks." He’s actually quite calm in that way, which makes him even more unique and lovable. We would love for him to go to an experienced home, preferably someone who knows how to handle medium-sized, independent dogs and understands the needs of this active breed. He thrives with regular exercise, mental stimulation, and lots of affection. If you’re looking for a lovable challenge and a loyal companion, he might be the perfect fit!

Story
Wonton is a 10-year-old Husky with enough bounce to rival a New Year lion dance and enough heart to bring good luck wherever he goes. This affectionate gentleman may have some vision impairment, but don’t worry — he follows the sound of friendly voices and the promise of fun like fireworks lighting up the night sky. True to his name, Wonton is a perfectly wrapped bundle of joy: soft on the inside, full of warmth, and always best shared with others. He loves his fellow dogs and greets them like honored guests at a New Year banquet. Add him to your home and prepare for a year (and many more) of happiness, harmony, and tail-wagging prosperity. Here's some notes from his foster: Wonton is such a snuggly boy who often just needs to be touching a human at all times. His perfect day would include several long hikes and lots of yummy food with a nap in between of course. Wonton loves to play with crinkly squeaky toys. He makes the cutest chomping noise when eats his treats. When he gets really excited he with jump around in circles with happy vocals.

Story
Ivan is a very sweet and happy fostered Huskador (Husky and Labrador mix) looking for his forever home. He is 3 years old and weighs about 60 pounds and is full of personality. He is very lovable and will be by your side looking for affection and will definitely make you smile every time he receives a pet, a hug, or a treat. Ivan is an all around great dog that gets along with all people, children, and other dogs. He walks well on the leash, does great in the car, and is ready for new adventures. He has been neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. He is house-trained, but he does not like being in a crate. Ivan does have a sister named Ivanka who is posted separately. It would be ideal to keep them together, but we are open to having them get adopted separately. Either one of these beautiful dogs would be a great addition to any loving family.
