Story
Animal Information: Percy is a 3-year-old, 11-pound pug/Chihuahua mix who was rescued from a confiscation case in Southern California. Shelter life was a little overwhelming for him at first, but with patience and kindness, Percy quickly began to show his true personality. Once he felt safe, he charmed the staff with his gentle nature, happy tail wags, and adorable little underbite. He also did wonderfully with his kennel mates, showing himself to be a friendly and easygoing companion. Thanks to a foster stepping up, Percy has been enjoying a cozy temporary home while waiting for his freedom ride to Seattle. Now he’s ready for the next chapter of his life  Foster Profile:  Percy is a very sweet and mellow pup. He’s shy with new people but will accept treats. He absolutely loves to sit with you and his default move is to roll on his back for belly rubs. Warning: you may have to extract him when it’s time to tackle your todo list.    He’s quite comfortable in his crate, day or night. Loves to take walks and has played well with another dog. He is continuing to learn family routine and rules. He has really great eye contact at home and on walks and is working to understand sit and other basic commands.   A mellow temperament like his would be well suited to a variety of families with or without other dogs.   He’s a super affectionate dog that prioritizes his humans and would be a good match if an “easy” dog is what you need to keep calm and carry on.   More to come as we continue to get to know him in foster care.    Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $575 which includes spay/neuter, core vaccinations Rabies and DPPV per AVMA standards, any indicated preventative care, heartworm test, microchip with lifetime registration, and recent health check with a veterinarian. Adoption fee may be tax deductible as Dog Gone Seattle is a 501c3 organization (ID 81-5101166). Apply Online: www.doggoneseattle.org/adoption-application Animal History:  This dog was transferred from Stanislaus Animal Shelter in Modesto, CA. He will be transferred via START, arriving to foster care on 06/11/26 and available for adoption in the greater Seattle area once evaluated in foster care. July 2, 2026, 9:09 am

Story
Hey there — I'm Tucker GC, a tiny brown and tan Pug-Chihuahua mix with a whole lot of personality packed into my 2.2-pound frame! 🐶 At just 7 weeks old, I'm still learning about the world, and I'm ready to soak up all the love and playtime you can give me. I'm affectionate and friendly, with a playful spirit that'll keep you entertained — though I'm happy to snooze beside you when the adventure winds down. I was a bottle fed, c-section baby so I love my people family, and love to be held. My surgery is scheduled for July 13th and I will be available to go home with you after that. Come meet this little bundle of joy and watch me grow into your perfect companion! 💕 Texas adoption fee is $350. Out of State adoption fee with transport $650.

Story
I am Kano the Puggy Wow Wow! I know, I know that is not how you spell Chihuahua, but I think that I am a Wow Wow Pug! Or rather a “Chug” is the official name of my breed. I am only a little over 4 months old, and 10 pounds so based on those calculations, I should be under 25# when fully grown. Unless you feed me too much, that would be ok with me as I LOVE to eat!! I like to think of myself as a gourmet! I used to have some issues with my breathing and snorting but I recently had a “nose Job” and now my breathing is so great, and my energy is so much that I can now do zoomies around the yard! They also did some snip-snip in the nether regions so I can’t be a daddy puppy anymore but that is ok. If I can breathe better, it is a great trade off! I love kids, dogs, cats, people in general, and am learning to walk on a leash and be a proper little Chug. I am very smart and learn quickly. I taught myself the doggie door within a day of arriving at my foster home and am almost completely housetrained because I let myself in and out when I need to go. If you are looking for a sweet, energetic companion to go with you on walks or snuggle on the sofa at home, here I am! Local adoption fee is $350(in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $650 (includes transport to your area)

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Pugs Bunny! Pugs Bunny is a sweet, gentle boy who is ready to hop right into your heart! This handsome pup was found as a stray, and while we don't know much about his past, he's already shown us what a wonderful companion he can be. Pugs Bunny has a calm, quiet nature and a submissive personality. He enjoys playing with other dogs and would love a canine friend to romp around with, but he's just as happy relaxing by your side. He's looking for a patient family who will help him learn the ropes of living in a home, including potty training. Because his history is unknown, we aren't sure how he does with children or cats, so slow, supervised introductions would be recommended. Pugs Bunny is neutered, microchipped, fully vaccinated, 4DX negative, and current on ProHeart 12 and Bravecto, so he's ready to head home with his new family. Adoption fee: $400 If you think Pugs Bunny could be the perfect addition to your family, apply today at www.adoggie4you.org. Brooks is currently in Texas but can be transported to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington, Kentucky, and locations along the East Coast for an additional $250 transport fee. Due to state regulations, we cannot transport to Rhode Island or Massachusetts.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.July 2, 2026, 3:01 pm

Story
FOREVER HOME NEEDED Meet Applejack! Applejack is a 3-year-old, 19 lb Pug mix who came to us as a stray from an overcrowded shelter. This handsome little guy is full of personality and is always ready to brighten your day with his goofy antics and happy-go-lucky attitude. Sweet, spunky, and endlessly charming, Applejack loves being around people and is always excited to join in on the fun. Whether it’s heading out for a walk or simply spending time with his favorite humans, he’s happiest when he’s included in the adventure. Applejack is an active, energetic boy who would thrive in a home that enjoys an outgoing lifestyle. Daily walks, weekend adventures, and plenty of opportunities to get out and experience the world will keep this fun-loving pup happy and fulfilled. He’s done well with other dogs and has a very social personality. Applejack would enjoy having a canine companion to play with, but he could also be perfectly happy as an only dog in a home that’s committed to keeping him well-socialized and giving him lots of love and attention. If you’re looking for a cheerful, affectionate companion with a goofy personality and a zest for life, Applejack is ready to become your new best friend and adventure buddy! Applejack is UTD on vaccinations, microchipped, and neutered. His adoption fee is $500.
