Story
Meet Rusty! At just 2.5 years old, Rusty is a joyful, social, and energetic pug who's never met a stranger. He adores people of all ages, especially kids, and has a natural charm that wins hearts wherever he goes. With his playful spirit and easygoing personality, Rusty could be everyone’s best friend! Rusty is a total pro on leash and loves outings, playtime with other dogs, and all the attention you’re willing to give. He hasn’t met any cats yet, but based on his temperament, we think he’d adjust just fine with a proper introduction. Rusty does have some medical considerations to keep in mind. He has a history of urinary issues, so he’ll need to stay on a prescription urinary diet for life and have plenty of potty breaks to keep him feeling his best. He also has a few orthopedic quirks, luxating patellas, mild hip dysplasia, and some lumbar narrowing, but these are currently asymptomatic. They may require intervention down the line, but for now, he’s keeping up just fine with his happy-go-lucky lifestyle. If you’re looking for a loving, fun, and endlessly loyal companion, Rusty is ready to bring joy, snuggles, and lots of tail wags into your life! Rusty is up to date on vaccines, microchipped and neutered.

Story
Meet Ronnie! 🐾 Breed: Pug Mix Sex: Male (Neutered) Age: 1 year old Weight: 17 lbs Vaccinations: Fully vaccinated Ronnie is a sweet, resilient young pup with a heart full of love. He was sadly abandoned in a house with five other dogs when his former owners moved away. Only two dogs survived—and Ronnie was one of them. Despite his rough start, Ronnie is friendly, social, and ready for a second chance at life. He currently lives with 10 other dogs and does well with his furry companions. He’s also good with children. While he doesn’t live inside a house, he enjoys lounging on top of dog houses and dreams of having a real home of his own. What Ronnie needs in a home: A family ready to teach him a new routine Patience as he adjusts to indoor living and leash walking A secure space—he’s learning to feel comfortable in a crate A home where he’s loved and included Potty Habits: He’s potty trained in a patio setting but will need time to adjust to a new home setup. Energy Level: Medium – He enjoys playtime but also knows how to chill. Resource Sharing: Ronnie is generally good with sharing, but he may still guard his food occasionally—a habit that can improve with consistency and trust. Ronnie is ready to leave his past behind and discover a new life filled with warmth, love, and stability. Could you be his fresh start? ❤️

Story
Yes, the rumors are true. I am a wheelie pug and I am wheelie awesome too. I still have some use of my back legs so I dont need my wheelchair when Im on the grass or carpet, but my foster mom has a lot of slippy floors so she puts me in my wheelchair when shes bopping around room to room so I can follow and try to be the Velcro pug I dream of being. I have been going on lots of adventures lately and my foster mom says Im the best copilot! I love a road trip, especially the snacks part. Can I have one of your fries? I am well behaved and dont bark too much. Foster mom took me on a 3 mile hike and I relaxed in the sling the whole time and looked around at the big beautiful world. We had lunch outside the other day and I just chilled out and enjoyed the sun and smells. She let me roll around a bit and I made new friends everywhere I went! Basically Im the best girl. Lets cuddle.

Story
I am a sweet senior mix with a lot of love left to give. I am looking for an easy-going homebody companion to keep company in my golden years! I am in overall good shape for a 15 year old but I do have a little arthritis and need to get out potty regularly or sometimes I cant hold it fast enough to get out the door if you wait too long. Im used to a doggie door and overall House trained again unless Im left too long, Us old dudes just dont have the bladders that the young dudes have! I love to snuggle and hang out in the garden. I get along well with kids and other dogs. I would make an excellent companion for another senior!
