Story
Location: Minneapolis, MN Molly has a great personality; she is a very curious and happy girl. She's potty trained and kennel trained. She sleeps in the kennel at night and spends time in it during the day while the door is open too. Molly enjoys running around the yard and grabbing stuffies to snuggle and play with in her kennel. She loves people and does well with other dogs in the house. Molly doesn't bark much. She's fairly low maintenance and would make a great companion! --------------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org). Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, and bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs over 9 months), FIV/FeLV test (cats - one in the litter), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration). Rescue Network is strictly foster based which means all adoptable animals are in a home and there cannot be a meet until an application is submitted and approved. We have no way of knowing the breeds in the animals. All breeds listed are best guess.

Story
This is Tortoise🐢 Named for his beautiful coloring but fits his demeanor as-well. Tortoise is proof that chill can be cool! Tortoise is about 7 years old and has all the perks of being a dog that age. He can still act like a puppy at playtime but is happy to cuddle right up for snuggle time. His favorite time of day is cuddling up for TV time, and also getting his morning zoomies out in the yard. Tortoise would love other dog siblings in the home, but would happily be your only companion, provided that you spend a lot of time at home. No Cats or other small creatures, unlike turtles, Tortoise has a strong prey drive. He also shows some signs of separation anxiety, so would prefer time alone to be minimal. Tortoise will need some help with leash etiquette; he has a strong prey drive so will pull towards critters. He loves to be involved with whatever you're doing. Special talents include: "helping" to change the sheets on the beds (if you need a dog to sit right on them, he's your guy), worming his way onto a warm lap for cuddles, and can even dry himself off after going out in the rain (provided a human puts down a towel for him). If you think Tortoise is turtley the Dog for you, apply to meet him today! 💚 Tortoise is from Texas.

Story
Meet Raya, a 5-year-old spayed Beagle who is ready to find her forever family. 🧡🐾 Raya has safely landed in foster care and is now looking for an adopter who will give her the calm, loving home she deserves. She’s a gentle, loyal girl who thrives with stability, routine, and people who understand that trust is something special to build. Here’s what makes Raya such a wonderful companion: • 🐶 Does well with dogs after slow, thoughtful introductions • 👩 Friendly with women, older kids, and strangers • 🚽 Fully house trained • 🐕 Loves daily walks and dog park adventures • 💛 Loyal, affectionate, and deeply bonded once she trusts you • 🎓 Knows basic obedience Raya can be a little protective of “her person” and appreciates being given time to settle in and get comfortable with new people and dogs. She does best when introductions are calm and expectations are gentle. Once she feels safe, her sweet personality shines and she becomes an incredibly devoted companion who wants nothing more than to be by your side. Raya has done the hard part—she made it through the transition and is ready for the next chapter. Now she’s looking for a family who will give her the patience, consistency, and love she needs to truly feel at home. If you’re searching for a loyal sidekick with a gentle heart and lots of love to give, Raya would love to meet you. 🧡🐾

Story
Brooks is a playful, sweet-hearted pup who will always make you smile! He loves to entertain himself (and you!) by tossing his toys in the air and catching them. He’s a one-dog comedy show. When he’s not clowning around, he’s a total cuddlebug who loves curling up in your lap for snuggles and sleeping through the night (preferably in bed with his person). Brooks is doing well with housetraining. He’s had just one accident and keeps his kennel clean. He weighs about 25 pounds and is great on a leash, enjoying walks and the company of other dogs. He recently met a neighbor’s similar-sized female dog and, after a proper introduction, play-bowed and had a great time! He has done well in the kennel and has not shown reactivity when being let out. He was initially reactive when in his kennel. Because Brooks is young, energetic, and still learning boundaries, he would do best in a home with no kids. He can be mouthy and sometimes treats hands like toys, so he’ll need continued guidance and consistency. Brooks can also be protective of his food and high-value items like a Kong, so care should be taken during mealtimes and when giving chews or toys. When taking treats, though, he’s been gentle. With time, patience, and positive reinforcement, Brooks will continue to grow into the confident, loving companion he’s meant to be. Originally from Texas, this charming little guy is ready to find his forever family!

Story
Meet Lexie! She is a happy, energetic 6-year-old Beagle mix weighing about 45 pounds. A very loyal dog that loves to follow you around the house and lay at your feet. Lexie's favorite activities include chasing balls or the flirt pole and going on walks and hikes. Needs an adult household without any children or cats. She gets anxious around small children and bit our toddler. Enjoys the company of other dogs in the home but is reactive to strange dogs when on leash. Lexie has an indomitable spirit and boundless happy energy!

Story
Walden is one of our special Ridglan Farms Beagles who recently got a second chance after spending the first year of his life in a commercial breeding and research facility. Now, he's discovering all the wonderful things life has to offer—soft beds, tasty treats, toys, and, most importantly, the love and security of a family. About Walden. Meet Walden—Wally to his friends—a young, goofy, and determined pup who’s ready to find his perfect match. At heart, Wally is a professional cuddler who loves nothing more than curling up with his favorite people for a nap after a day of play. Wally wakes up each morning eager to start the day, playing chase and wrestling with his dog friends. He’s happiest in a home with at least one confident canine companion to show him the ropes and join in his adventures. Wally’s play style is rowdy and fun, and he thrives in a calm, predictable environment with older, considerate kids and adults who understand his need for gentle introductions. True to his beagle roots, Wally loves slow, sniffy walks and is always up for a car ride or a new trick—he’s already mastered sit, down, touch, dance, and shake! He’s treat-motivated and loves puzzle toys, lick mats, and moving his toys around the house (and sometimes outside to bury them). He’ll need someone patient to keep working on his potty training and to remind him what’s okay to chew. Wally is still learning about the world and can be shy with new people, especially if approached too quickly. He does best when given time and space to warm up at his own pace. With a little patience and understanding, he’ll reward you with endless affection and loyalty. If you’re looking for a sweet, snuggly companion who will keep you laughing and fill your days with love, Wally might be your perfect fit. Apply to meet him and see if your home is the one he’s been waiting for! Helpful Information from Wally's Foster: Wally is great with other dogs and needs at least one confident dog in the home. He thrives off of another dog showing him the way. He does best with predictable routines. He is working hard on potty training and will need someone with patience to continue that training. Wally is curious when meeting new people in new environments, but it scares him when new people suddenly reach towards him. When given his own time and space to meet people, he will approach others calmly to sniff them. He would do best with an adopter that can read his body language, be a strong advocate for him when he's in new environments, and will not force interactions that he isn't ready for.
